Pro: We used the hotel for a night stay with Spa ticket at another Spa center for one adult. Check-in was smooth and we were able to use free drink service until 10 pm. Breakfast was good, pretty and tasty. Both Japanese traditional and western style was covered and many non-Japanese families were also enjoying the variety of foods choices. Room was small and we used one queen size bed for three of us to share so it was a bit tight for sleep but they only charged one adult with no extra charges even two children had full breakfast. So it was real value for money. We gave the addition of the third person at the last minutes but they were able to accommodate the change. There were some local restaurants in their huge car park area and we were able to have the best value Tempra set for our dinner. Con: It is a bit away from the city center so the cost of the taxi became high. The Spa center was also a bit far away.…
We are much delighted they have granted us an early 9am check in upon our arrival in Fukuoka. Rooms are clean and spacious compare to other hotels in Hakata. Much to our satisfaction is their beautiful good quality breakfast. Not to mention their 12pm-9pm all you can drink beverages in their cafeteria. Overall a great stay here. Will come back in future.
This was our third stay at this hotel. The last time was 4 years ago. They are pretty flexible with room options. Amenities are complete from my typical expectation. Coined washers and driers. Iced and extra water are convenient. Breakfast buffet has good selection and nice variety, though not a lot. They have virtually everything a hotel should offer in an adequate fashion, but not in a luxurious way. Room is clean. Check-in/out was efficient. No complaint.
I booked this hotel because its price is not expensive. This hotel was not a luxury or 5 stars hotel but it was nice, tidy and clean. The Staffs were very polite, friendly and ready to help you if you need. The breakfast was great. Moreover, in the dining room, they provided the drink machine that available until night so i can drink a cup of coffee all the time (That's awesome.). This hotel was near the bus stop, subway or JR station, it's really easy to go to Hakata or Tenjin from this hotel. In my opinion, it's really worth to stay here.
All is good but not a good deal for me at $170/night. The staff are very nice. I wish I spoke Japanese or they spoke English - I asked about swimming and made every hand motion to mimic a swimmer. That was only cause I saw people in a pool or my room window. Turns out it's a gym next door. I would have went but it was to late once I realized it. Place is clean. In the middle of no where or so it seems.
