Stayed for 4 nights here and find the hotel old and less maintained. While the rooms are typical the breakfast was exactly same everyday over 4 days. They don't have early check in either. There is a early check in option that starts at 1 pm instead of 3 pm with additional hefty charge.

The location is close enough to Hakata City, but there are not much restaurant choices nearby. The check-in was quick and smooth. Like many business hotels, no assistance was offered with our luggage. Its an older hotel and the rooms are only partially renovated. They use an actual key to enter the room not a modern card key type. The...

Pros: Big bathroom compared to all Japanese hotel. Clean room. Clean bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Near the station. Cons: Bad ventilation and room temperature control. The room is too hot to sleep, we could not change the temperature of the air-con. I saw many guests has to borrow the fan from the front staff. The window cannot be opened,...

We had two double room (level 8) for a Saturday as the hotel we had been staying for the past few nights as well as other hotels had been fully booked. Rooms are a bit dated with a small TV with about five channels in Japanese. Basic toilet amenities are available and you could get shavers at receptions free-of-charge. Cab...

For the price, I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. The rooms were sizeable, looks renovated and bathroom was big. It even had a bath tub. I liked that the floor were wood. Can't comment much about the service and I had little interaction except at check in but I have no complains. They were friendly and efficient. They even...

The prices was so cheap and more including breakfast! And too close to the hakata station and the big shopping mall. I think the room was too small for single traveller but not bad for the person who want to sleep only. But it was little noisy in the night.

Stayed two nights here in January 2016, the hotel is located near JR Hakata station, just 10 mintes walking distance. As learnt from the hotel website there is no car park at the hotel but there is a private car park next to the hotel building which is a partner with the hotel. Yet when we drove in there the...
