The men's 'toilet area' was exactly that... no doors, no privacy, people walking past. There are no en-suite rooms. Upon arrival, the owner let us in then made a few phone calls before dealing with us. I must have received 20 mosquito bites at least - not comfortable when you are flying the next day. All in all a very...

We have an early 11am flight out, so we decided to book a place to stay near the airport (after having almost missed our flight during our previous trip, also at 11am, due to train delays). Mimatsuso is a quaint, quiet place with a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The building and furnishings are old, but we don't mind...

We loved staying at Mimatuso. It's a 3 minute walk from the train station. During our trip to Japan, we wanted to experience the people and culture and this place totally fit the bill. It's like a boarding house with multiple dwellings. Their are multiple tubs and water closets, but some sink areas are shared with the other boarders.

I stayed here with 8 people for a night. I have read the reviews and came here with managed expectation. It all turned out to be an excellent stay. I have to catch the next morning flight and I could say this is the best place to stay in Izumisano. Yes - this is not a new establishment. It's a...

It was close to the train station, but the building and facility was old. Shower place door isn't very secured for locking.

Only about 10 minutes from the airport and a very short walk to the train station, this guesthouse is a good option for the night before a morning flight. The owners are extremely friendly, the rooms are actually pretty big by Japanese standards and WiFi is very good. Nothing really to complain about, though I do wish the shared toilets...

I booked the guest house via agoda website for Japanese Style Twin Room With Shared Bath Room as we arrived late at midnight and need a place near to the airport as travel down to Osaka might took us more time. My friend introduce me this business ryokan. The owner and the staff are all very friendly, although we might...

Stayed here on two different nights. Typical Minshuku accommodation, I ate out at Tokiyoshi across the road, the best ramen I have had in Japan. The couple who own the Minshuku were very accommodating to me and allowed me to park my bicycle inside. Will stay there when I pass through again.

I've stayed this place at the last day of my trip to Osaka. It's not a hotel, motel or even japanese style ryokan. It seems this place was originally an ordinary Japanese house or small business building because the layouts of everything, the room, bathroom, toilet and valcony (which located at the end of the hallway on 2nd floor) was...
