Hotel very large but taking a lot of local tours, so restaurants and onsen are crowded and recommend to show up early for meals. Not much to see in the area as there is not any established onsen street, just the bridge across hotel entrance...More

Hotel is 10 mins walk from Kinugawakoen station / or 15 mins walk from Kinugawaonsen station. Try to use shuttle bus if you could. However, there is not much shuttle due to limited services timetable. Hotel is partially renovated and in not so good condition....More

I visited Nikko and this hotel in November 2017. The room is fairly good especially providing experience for japanese decoration in room and sleeping on floor. View from my room is cannot be comparable. As well, the buffet restaurant is very good both for dinner...More

The room we had did not have a private hot spring bath, just a normal hotel bath. There are private hot spring baths available in the hotel but you must reserve them in advance and they are quite expensive.
