This hotel was nice, clean, and small, I think it had about eight rooms. Located right off of Rt 121 in Kinogawa Onsen, about 15 minutes north of Nikko in the onsen area. We went there in the off-season during the week and were the only family there, so the hotel was very quiet and the two onsens were not crowded. The manager was very polite and nice, the room was extremely clean and good size. On the negative side, if the hotel was full, there is only one bathroom per floor to share and the onsens are rather small. At times the road was a bit noisy during the week as our room was alongside the road. Overall, it was a nice experience if you like small ryokans.
