This hotel is located near omiya station. You can take shinkansen from tokyo to reach omiya for around 30 mins. The hotel is well kept and spacious. My accomodation includes a breakfast buffet. Food was great and a lot of choices. Around the hotel were also a lot of restaurants and food stalls. Though a little bit expensive, the hotel...

Good quality hotel but a little expensive (I say that even though I'm here on a funded business trip). The hotel and bedrooms are spotless and many floors have been recently decorated. Rooms are small but that's Japanese standard for you. There is a good gym / pool facility at the hotel although guests are charged for its use. StFf...

Good hotel for quick access to Omiya and nearby places in Saitama since close walking distance from Omiya railway station. Hotel room was quite large for being in Japan. Bed ok but a little too hard for me that used to European ones. Good breakfast buffet but a little expensive. Did not start serving breakfast until 7 am. Possible to...

This is a lovely hotel with good facilities . All of the staff were attentive and helpful. Rooms are on the small side but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay . The hotel is in a central location in Omiya for the train station , shops and restaurant .

Very nice hotel with all the amenities, plus perfectly located 75m or so from the major Omiya train station. I stayed here for 10 nights in a single room while in town for an event. It was my first time in a Japanese hotel room in over 30 years and I was impressed. The staff was polite, helpful, and friendly,...

Best Hotel in Saitama Small single rooms but cozy and comfortable. Excellent Location - walking distance to the Railway Station, eateries, shopping areas and also the airport shuttle bus stop is just opposite to the Hotel. Breakfast is nice and well laid.

Palace Hotel Omiya is a great hotel, very clean with extremely professional staff. However the rooms are little small compare to the American standards, specifically single room. I recommend spending extra money to upgrade to the next level/size room. The location next to the train station is convenient if you need to use railway.

My family and I are spending 2 weeks in Japan and came to omaiya area to visit a friend for a night or two (there isn't any sightseeing around. It's a residential area) the family friend booked this hotel for us saying it's the nicest one around. Honestly, I feel bad writing this review because it's like saying our family...
