Great, hotel, pleasant rooms, spotlessly clean. Lots of amenities in the room. Only BBC and CNN western tv stations, bit disappointing and no on demand film system or DVD players. Room service was ok, western breakfast, pleasant enough however my omelette and coffee was cold. The hotel has amazing views, hotel is joined to a mall which has Starbucks, other... More

This hotel is not even a 3 stars hotel. 380 euros a night in a place where everything is restricted, you are the feeling to be in a JAIL. In the hotel lobby no one will help you to carry your luggage. Poor English speaking from the guest relation person. For a late check out they are requested 150 euros... More

We booked the hotel through hotels.com indicating the number of people (4) and the age of the kids (5 and 10). When we checked into the room we found a double bed and a set of chairs. I called the reception to request a 2nd bed for my oldest and was promptly asked to upgrade to a larger room. Upon... More

We stayed here and loved Yokohama and how modern and forward thinking it seems to be. It is walking distance from Sakuragicho station, just a few minutes so fine with a suitcase. It has many shops and restaurants in the vicinity and a 1/2 walk or short taxi ride to a very good chinatown. We had a nice room but... More

Just amazing! Not only the view from the room is superb, but also it's really comfortable. Also can't forget the delicious breakfast and the beautiful lounge bar. It's really expensive, but the high quality follows the high price, which commonly happens.

Very fancy. Such wow. You can wow any lady here. Touch of class. Only one thing to stop full force wow is the shower sometimes hot and cold from older style plumbing. Close to Minatomirai Station is very wow for the transport. Such pleasure. ありがとうござます!

We loved being in the tallest building in Yokohama. It has amazing views and well worth it. I would only stay here as the view will save you going up the tower! The entrance is lovely and is adjacent a shopping complex- Landmark. So plenty of retail therapy and also food choices. There is a buffet breakfast at level 70.... More

This hotel is beautiful! One of my favourites :) The rooms are on the top few floors of the building and it's so high your ears pop in the lifts! The views from the rooms are incredible - on a clear day you can see Mount Fuji.... There's a bar on the very top floor which has incredible views, drinks... More

If you visit to Yokohama on weekday, best room(upper 60 Floor)on amaging price (under ¥7,000/person)will be appeared at Wednesday or Thursday. I stayed several Hotels arround here, this is the best one. Walking for 10 minites from here, there are some good standing style Japanese bars, called "Tachinomi Izakaya" at NOGE-KOMICHI.

The hotel is huge, about 70 floors. It is conveniently located just over the main shopping centres and in a nice modernised area formerly a shipyard. The rooms are very large and include all the amenities.
