The staff are kind, but if you aren't clear in what you're asking that's on you. In this case, me. The air conditioner was spotty at best and I should have asked for a better room. Instead we slept with the window open. Evidently, because it's right near the water (?) and a park and there's a lot of foot...

Spacious rooms, courteous and helpful staff. But the negatives outweigh the positives given the price and the apparent 4* rating. No gym, in the middle of the business district and right next to an international conference centre! Inflexible check-in times (ended up sleeping in the lobby). No complementary coffee. Breakfast expensive.

Excellent location in Yokohama Bay area with Minato Mirai in full view. Rooms are very large with 3 single beds and a bathroom that can double as a single bedroom with full length wide windows, separate toilet, shower and a bathtub facing the Yokohama Bay area. This is a private onsen in a luxury modern hotel setting.

We stayed here for 7 nights, 2 adults 1 child in a 3 bed luxury room. We were very impressed with the checkin, even though it was 1030 at night the staff were amazing. We entered our room and were not disappointed at all with our choice. Our room had plenty of space for the 3 of us. The beds...

It has a perfect location. Right in front of the Yokohama Bay and the Ferris Wheel. The room is big and comfy. Our room had a stunning view from the bay and ferris. It has too a nice airport bus service that was very usefull.

Good for families since not a lot of Japanese hotels have large rooms for 3-4 people staying together. Bus from the airport took us to the hotel and even it was the last one in the evening, everything worked out smoothly. The hotel is connected to the Queen's mall and the Landmark Plaza. Lot of selections for restaurants, surprisingly affordable...

Good hotel for business, and good convenient location. For some reason, gyms in Japan are not complimentary for guests. Only the Intercontinental next door has such service. Other than that, the breakfast is excellent, and you're right on the bay so there's tons of things to do after work. Right on a mall so if you don't want to spend...

This was the last stop of our break in Japan and sadly our least favourite hotel. The location is good and very easy to get to the shops and local eateries It's right next to Minatomirai station (Not Yokohama station which is a 10min walk). The rooms are tired, not sound proof and dated. The rooms were clean but you...
