Good standard hotel and we got even a larger-than-Japanese-std room this time. The lobby is very narrow and there is no other option for a group to get together for a chat. The front desk personnel get annoyed when a group is talking to loud. Still they are English speaking and do their best most of the time. The breakfast is outsourced to the café on the corner and is no good. Neither quality nor quantity. Restaurants and shops nearby and short walk to Shin Yokohama stn.
No frills but decent hotel for the price. Check-in process is a little odd but service is good. Several shops and restaurants nearby so pretty convenient. Close to shin-Yokohama station and ~$25 cab ride to Yokohama station to catch Narita Express train to Narita airport (Recommend flying into Haneda airport if staying here).
-Duration: 2 nights. -Room type: Non-smoking, breakfast included, normal type -Access: No direct bus from Narita airport but you can take bus to Center-Minami or Yokohama (YCAT) and then go by train to here. -Location: Close to train station. Easy to find. Lot of restaurant nearby. Also 1 big shopping mall close here ( about 1-2 minutes walking) -Staff: friendly, supportive. I mainly talk with them in Japanese so I don't know exactly how well their English is. But I heard them talking with some other English guest so I guest their language is not a big problem if you cannot speak Japanese. -Room: Compact and clean, for a business trip I think this would be great enough. THe bed is big so it make the room look a little bit small. -Facilities and service: There is a multi-type charger device in the desk, it help you to charge your phone in case you forget you charger or your travel universal adapter. A trouser press machine is installed in room -Breakfast: I choose room with breakfast included. Only 3 option. The breakfast is ok. But I don't recommend if you're staying longer than 2 nights because you gonna get bored with this breakfast soon -Others: Most of instruction or guide are available in English also. So you don't have to worry. I recommend reading all the notice, especially their cleaning notice. They also seem to care about the environment since lot of notice is related to this topic and energy saving.…
rooms are equiped high tech controls.and they are smaller rooms.no breakfast but besides there is cafe you can pay and get some snacks coffee.near to shin yokohama station and near by there is mcdonald .
This hotel is in a great location, 4 minutes to Shin-Yokohama station, many stores and restaurants within walking distance, a great staff, clean rooms, and a lot less money than Tokyo. If you have a rail pass it is a 17 minute ride to Tokyo on the shinkansen. I definitely will stay there again.
