We had to attend a week-long conference in Yokahama Pacifico, located in the newly-renovated post district. We stayed in a japanese room (all the western ones were booked) but it was large and comfortable, with a big bathroom. The view of the Big Wheel from our window and across the canals was spectacular. The hotel is very convenient for Pacifico,... More

Stayed there for 7 nights, big lobby, warm welcome area, spacious room, clean hotel, good breakfast spread, I could manage vegetarian breakfast, great location, close to port, conference area, metro/subway close, good restaurant near by. Worth staying at this place.

The room was large by Japanese standards and was bright and clean. The hotel staff were welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast food was adequate, but not with a lot of variety. The hotel is situated across the street from a large mall, and near an amusement park with a very large ferris wheel. If I return to Yokohama, I will... More

Stayed here since it is nearer to workplace (Queens Tower). Have stayed in both Japanese and non-japanese room. Service is good and staff is helpful. Only wired internet connection available in the room.

Good hotel for short business trips. Been there twice. Quite close to Metro station. Located on artificial island. Plenty of entertainments nearby. Excursion bus (very cheap) stops near it. Friendly atmosphere. Good quality& tasty breakfasts. Friendly staff.

The staff is very friendly and the hotel is very mice. I stayed in the twin room as the single rooms are very small. In case of travelling for business the hotel has a good location. There is not free WIFI in the rooms.

We stayed as a family of 5 in a traditional Japanese tatami room with a spectacular view over Yokohama bay. Friendly efficient service. It was the perfect place before our flight home from nearby Haneda. It's mainly used by businessmen but made a family perfect base for a day trip to Kamakura then the bus to the airport.

Stayed at Navios for business in June. I was in the single room, which was very small and a uncomfortable single bed. The bathroom was the smallest I've seen, felt almost claustrophobic. Wifi Internet access was provided only in the hotel lobby or in the restaurant. They do provide Ethernet access but myself and my colleagues have notebooks without this... More

I stayed in this hotel for an asian convention. The hotel has a very nice location and very serene. The hotel is located near the port where cruise ship docks.
