We only stayed one night after a full day doing Mt Fuji area activities. Very polite, friendly staff who speak English. Big hotel with convention space and chapel. Room is of good size and neutral decor but the bathroom is small and dated. Hot spring...More

We stayed one night. It’s a genuine two minutes walk to the station but the hotel is dated and somewhat overpriced. Highlight was the family onsen for 1,000 yen. The hotel also offered free use of umbrellas.

The hotel is near the train station, far away from the Mt. Fuji. Therefore, you cannot see the Mt. Fuji from the hotel. If you follow the tourist map to do a day tour of the area, you may consider to go to the Lake Ashinoko... More
