We spent one night at this ryokan and it was lovely. The staff was very helpful, the room was comfortable, and the food was delicious. It was also helpful to have English speaking staff during business hours. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to have a traditional Japanese ryokan experience. I also recommend the private onsen. It is worth... More

We came to Hakone from Kyoto and it's easily accessible from Odawara station via the T bus line where there is a bustop right infront of the hotel. Super convenient. There are private hot bath aka onsen and public onsen (men and women separated). There is a mini indoor onsen and an outdoor onsen. I love the outdoor one! Especially... More

During my trip to japan in october 2016, I stayed over at this amazing ryokan for 1 night. Throughout the 2 wks in japan, i stayed at a couple different hotels at Japan, but none of them even come close to the experience at this hotel in particular. It provides the very authentic Japanese ryokan experience. From the warm welcome... More

This hotel/ryokan is on the lower end of the price spectrum in Hakone but it still provides a quality experience. The dinner service is in a hall however each meal is beautifully presented and delicious. The rooms are nice, service great and the hotel is located right next to the bus stop. The onsen is a little small but you... More
