Walked in without any prior reservations. Very pleasant experience, super helpful staff, wonderful view over the valley. Cherry on the cake, Mt Fuji in the far distance. Enjoyed the stay, food excellent!

I booked this a bit last moment and payed 30,000 yen for two people for one night. For that price range, this was probably one of the least good hotels/ryokansI stayed in Japan. The Good: -Room -- We booked a Japanese style tatami room and it was more or less what you would expect. But it had a very nice...
