My family and I stayed at the Sheraton Grande last week for two nights. We upgraded to the Sheraton club rooms which provided great additional benefits including daily breakfast, snacks available throughout the day, nightly cocktails, drinks and hors devours, access to the fitness club and other facilities. The room was very large, with two double beds and a single,...

Well it did for us. Just returned from a four night stay and were awoken three of the four with significant earthquakes. Not an issue for us we are from California. All reviews are fairly accurate. One great benefit as a Lifetime SPG member is a breakfast reservation which included an escort downstairs, a direct bypass of the line and...

Nice pool and jacuzzi. Given the beautiful sea view and bed , it's definitely value for money. Room is extremely clean. However the room division check us in to the wrong room initially and require us to change room. Nonetheless it was being done professionally without much hassle from me. Overall wonderful experience.

This resort hotel is on beautifully landscaped grounds with Tokyo Bay behind it . Beautiful lobbies, great service from front desk, bell desk and Disney counter. Great restaurants- we ate the dinner buffet several times, great variety and amazing desserts section that even had self serve make your own cotton candy. And with the Disney parks across the street, makes...

Great location nearby Disney Land, stil far from Narita airport (1 hour by taxi, 19500 JPY). Nice ambiance, with attention to all details. Toilet of my room was a little bit over used, and flush water was not as intense as expected. However, I was still very satisfied during my stay. Highly recommended for Disneyland visitors

We stayed here for Tokyo Disney. We really wanted to stay at a Disney Hotel but the difference in price is just astounding. But this hotel has the same feel. We stayed in a family room which is decorated for kids, so feels like a Disney Hotel. The facilities are amazing. Breakfast is a letdown, but that is only because...

A great alternative to staying at one of the Disney hotels! Arrived at Maihama/Resort Gateway station and checked in at the Sheraton's counter, left our suitcases and off we went to Disney Sea. We had a great view of the water and the room was really spacious - we had two double beds and there was still plenty of room! Considering the rooms in Japan are generally quite small, this room was massive in comparison! Loved the bed, the sheets and the pillows - it was extremely comfortable. The location was fantastic for...

Nice hotel, very clean with lovely staff & comfy beds 👍 Very big in size tho and as a result the restaurants get overcrowded, and lead to 30-60minute wait times at breakfast. Maybe they need to work on that as the guest numbers arent slowing down anytime soon.. The restaurants have great food tho, and put on awesome buffet breakfasts!...

Japan overall was incredible. We stayed here at the Sheraton only for 3 nights just f to make life easier for our Disneyland/Disneysea adventure.
