We checked in for one night at this enormous hotel. Only two or three of the vast number of rooms were taken. The price was exorbitant. Checkout time was 11 and we asked to stay till 12 noon, but the desk clerk said we would have to pay extra, although they were desperate for custom. The room was poky, the halls drab and colorless with no decor at all. We ate dinner (edible) and asked for dessert - "no dessert" was the reply. Breakfast was $42 for two. The bar was also drab and had no white wine. On no account book this hotel.
Our tour was booked into this hotel. On the plus side, it is very close to Narita Airport and they have a shuttle. The negative- the hotel is old and has not been updated. Carpet is stained and the room was musty. Terrible bed. Like sleeping on a slab of granite. I would only stay there again for the convenience.
Great hotel for a quick overnight stay before heading to Morioka for work. Spacious rooms which are old but clean. Great buffet restaurant for breakfast and dinner which makes the stay very easy. Staff are also verygood
An overnight stay complimentary of Japan airlines. Very close to Narita airport, I could watch flights taking off & landing. There’s a free shuttle from Narita airport to the hotel and back. I believe this used to be an old Hilton before and they have kept the original decor from 10 years ago! There are 2 areas that the hotel needs to improve on, first is the rooms there looking tired & the second is and the restaurant. There are two restaurants on the top floor, one buffet for US$50 and the other is a Chinese banquet for similar price. I think it’s best to get some food from the convenience store on the ground floor and just have a snack. The alternative is you could get back on the free shuttle bus and have dinner at the airport. Overall not a bad for a quick overnight stay…
Very frequent free shuttle bus from Terminal to Hotel. Also available is the free bus provided to and back- AEON Mall which is a plus. Our assigned room is facing the end of airport runway and love to see the planes queing up to take off and landing. At night the terminal buildings are all lighting up in a spectalur views. The indoor swimming pool is big enough and very clean with all the top facilities provided. We had a very delicious buffer dinner with fresh steak, salad, cake and worth the value consider the quality. Excellent service from bus driver to front desk to pool attendants. Nothing to complain.
