Room was nice and clean, staff were helpful. Can take short taxi ride to the shopping mall. Has regular shuttle bus to/from airport. Particularly convenient for overnight stays in-between flights. Didn’t get the chance to check out where the train station is though.

I stayed in Superior Double Room (nonsmoking). This room was outstanding, especially for the price, which included the Japanese\Western 60 item breakfast buffet. Upon entering the room, if you go straight pass the glass door you're in the living\dining room or common room with

Stayed for one night in this airport hotel in Narita very close to the airport before our flight. Very good free Wi-fi. Large breakfast selection but a bun fight and difficult to find a seat! Rooms are good and have everything you need. Good bed with pillows. Difficult to find

I agree with Joe S. Front desk just needed proper identification (we used passports) and our Bank of America Visa card.

There is a shuttle bus timetable on hotel's official website. Just refer to the access part. In case you do not find it, here is the information from latest timetable. If you arrive at terminal 1, shuttle will stop at bus stop #16. After 16:00, it will arrive at every :20 and :50, 22:50 is the last shuttle. If you arrive at terminal 2, shuttle will stop at bus stop #26. After 16:00, it will arrive at every :00 and :30, 23:00 is the last shuttle. When you get to the hotel, you will receive a paper copy of the timetable for your reference. You can plan your next day schedule accordingly. For the next morning, you can choose shuttle either to Narita station or Narita airport. To Narita station: the earliest shuttle from hotel is 06:18, and arrives at station at 06:35. To Narita airport: the earliest shuttle from hotel is 04:40, and the next is 05:25. This may be much suitable for you to go to Shinagawa station. You can then take Narita Express or Keisei Skyliner to the city.

According to the hotel website, the shuttle runs from the hotel to the airport at 4:40am, 5:25am, and 6:30am. TripAdvisor won't let me add the link to the schedule that the hotel posts online. But you can enter "Narita Gateway Hotel shuttle bus schedule" in the online search engine. The first search result will probably give you the hotel home page. When you pull it up, you can click on a banner for the schedule.
