This hotel has a large lobby, souvenir shop, restaurant, and shuttle into the airport. It is a bit outdated with some of the walls dented from suitcases brushing up against them. They do have a nice banquet hall. Our visit was before the pandemic so masks and hand sanitizer were not required.
Good hotel providing shuttle service to and from Narita to the hotel. Shuttle service to and from hotel to Aeon / Narita JR station. Staff are helpful and efficient. Although I stayed for one night because of transit flights to USA, I would recommend this hotel to travelers.
Stayed here for 2 night stays upon arrival and departure from Japan. Excellent staff who were efficient upon check in and checkout and were also able to lend me Japanese adapter to use, although the first room 835 had USB point the second stay room didn’t have one. Nice comfy traditional robe made you feel you had arrived in Japan. Beds comfortable, I scored lucky with larger rooms both visits with sofa in room. Excellent breakfast buffet if you have time to enjoy. Shuttle services ran on time to/from airport, local shopping mall and railway station (handy for visit to nearby temple and garden attractions with traditional shopping street only a few minutes from the Narita Station) I used the complimentary shuttle several times to go back to the airport to go on a tour offered by Narita Airport Stay and Transit Program and to meet family arriving at airport. Smoking room either outside designated area or inside downstairs in the same level as their in house Chinese restaurant. Handy convenience shop inside hotel for food and snacks as well as vending machine room. The sky view restaurant on 11th floor has good plane spotting opportunities and nice food. Onsen was nice and you get a return ticket for free entry from 7-9 the next day? Get them to interpret the writing on it so you understand the voucher. Guests only pay 700 yen but it may be only certain times to use. Only complaint I’d have is that your room does not have coffee cups, only small traditional drinking bowls, maybe use a paper cup from outside the breakfast buffet where there is a coffee station in the mornings? Was able to order from Chinese restaurant downstairs and pick up to have in room with chargeback to your room. Happy to hold luggage if you wanted to go exploring Narita during the day using their shuttle service before an evening flight out of Japan. Cost of booking additional night through Expedia was better deal than going direct which is what the hotel desk suggested when I wanted to extend my stay. Highly recommend this hotel for travellers. It was quiet and convenient.…
I had to stay at this hotel with my sister as we missed our flight! We paid £41 for 1 night in a twin room, where we both had a double bed. The free shuttle bus was an added bonus and we really appreciated the ease of use! We were put in the Garden Wing - and the room was soooo old - but it was massive. The room had a fridge, kettle, wardrobe, TV, easy chair, table, air con, radio. So room was very well appointed, but it was so tired and stained. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean - I slept like a baby! In the morning the shuttle to the airport was full, so they sent us in a taxi- for free! Great service!
Efficient and punctual airport shuttle service plus shuttle to Narita station and Aeon shopping mall. Old fashioned interior design and facilities. Especially the beige coloured bath room was a plastic cubicle with a very low ceilingwhich looked run-down and not very hygienic. Hot water was available in the room but only with tea sachets, no coffee. Hairdryer, tv (with hardly any western channels) fridge were in the room. Window cannot be opened. The aircon/heating could only be tured on or off or to auto but the temperature couldn‘t be adapted. 3 restaurants could be found at the basement: Japanese, Chinese and buffet-style. The latter offered a discount when showing the room card. A 7/11 was a 10min walk away The typical vending machines with hot/cold snacks & drinks could be found on various floors. The staff speaks only very basic English…
