Stayed here for one night as I had an early morning flight from Narita airport. Room was very spacious and staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good too. There's a bar on the top floor but I didn't go this time round due to covid. Will definitely stay at this hotel again next time for transit at Narita.
Stayed here for two weeks for compulsory quarantine having travelled to Japan from the UK. The staff are all polite, friendly and informative, for example when I developed an issue with the room phone after a week there, someone came immediately after I enquired at reception and they sorted it in 15minutes. I had the opportunity to try the room service, which is excellent: punctual, hot and value for money. The corner shop by reception is also extremely convenient and has everything you need for a short stay. I would like to thank all staff for their welcoming, hospitable and clean atmosphere, I am very grateful you made a two week stay in a hotel room so comfortable.
Stayed for 2 nights using my IHG points (15000 per night for two). Parking for free (not sure if this was due to my status). Check in smooth. Twin Room looking towards the airport. Air con working fine. Quite an impressive menu for room service. Complimentary newspaper. Breakfast was good. Can recommend.
Besides being close to the airport and providing free shuttle service, the ANA Crown Hotel provides some great perks for HIG members, including a free daily newspaper (Japanese or English), half price breakfast, and a free access pass to the pool and gym. Customer service is outstanding and staff work hard to make your stay comfortable. My requests for adjustments to the meals I ordered (room service) were accommodated. I found all the meals I ordered to be of excellent cost value. I really enjoyed their homemade Keema curry. Excellent! The only negative I experienced during my stay was discussed with the hotel manager, namely the very loud guests from Mexico that, perhaps, need to be reminded of Japanese manners during breakfast.
Crowne Plaza is a short free shuttle bus ride to and from Narita Airport. Arriving in the evening after a 10-hour flight from Melbourne, we decided to stay there rather than take the Narita Express train or limo bus into the heart of Tokyo. Our room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a light pizza meal at the hotel's restaurant and buffet breakfast included in the tariff was great, one of the best we had in our two-week stay in Japan. Recommended for just one night -- no point in staying longer.
