Friends recommended staying here on our last night in Japan, to visit the delightful Old Narita Town & Temple. The hotel is very close to the Jr train station & 15 minutes away from the airport. The room was large by Japan standards ,clean with everything working, although looking a little dated and due an update. We were in the annex.... More

The hotel is maybe 3 star, average at best. Ok for an overnight stay but not suitable for a longer time. The rooms are small facilities adequate. The staff were helpful the breakfast was reasonable. Basically it was disappointing but one night was convenient and OK.

It is just a fantastic location. Across the street from the train station, everything is nearby. All the restaurants, bars and entertainment are all within walking distance. Free parking underneath the annex. As for the rooms, it is starting to show signs of age. AC takes a while to get the room comfortable - it does get there eventually. Bathroom... More

First of all, the smell of urine in our room was disgusting and it stayed with us for days. The bathroom is like being in a caravan. The rooms are very basic. They are very warm so make sure you turn on the air conditioning as well as the fridge. There is nothing nice about the rooms. This is an... More

Hotel was ok. Room typically tiny, Japanese style, bathroom ridiculously small. Air con very noisy. Hotel is right opp Train station & surrounded by many cute, great restaurants. Staff were very friendly. Bar good with pool table. Breakfast ok - just . Perfect for a budget hotel near airport. Don't try to commute to Tokyo from here - it's too... More

We chose to use the train instead of the free shuttle to maximize our time. I think the train was 240 Y each and took 6 minutes from the airport. The hotel is within a block of the train and bus station. The check in process was excellent and I was able to borrow an electric outlet converter. The rooms... More

This hotel is in the town of Narita, so it's easy to walk to the big temple and enjoy the beautiful grounds there. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport, with many restaurants nearby. Lots of flight crews seem to stay there plus many Chinese tourists. My room was very clean and it was the largest of... More

It's easy to get to, it's clean and modern and the rooms are nice. Narita train station and local attractions are very close. Cool sports bar with good food and a free pool table. Breakfast was okay and the staff were very helpful. A good way to start your Japanese adventure or just a very convenient satisfactory stop over.

The hotel had a complimentary airport shuttle service, and was ideally situated near 2 train ones (Japan Rail and Shinkensen Line). They have staff on Reception with a good grasp of English, and - as most Japanese are - were eager to assist in any way they could. Buffet breakfast was included in our package and there was a good... More

Due to circumstances, more than 4 weeks prior to travel, I needed to cancel my one night booking (business) and the hotel wouldn't refund my stay. I booked through STA travel. My two two colleagues booked through a different agent and received a refund. Very very poor form and I will never book this hotel again and I will never... More
