I often stay here when I fly out. Especially late afternoon flight. Because check out time for hotel member is 12:00pm! This service make me so relax and comfortable. Located very close to JR Narita station that I can kill time walking around and dine around there till flight.

A clean Japanese hotel good for overnighting in Tokio area, not for full holiday. Nice large room with great cleanliness. The room is fully Japanese: no adapters for electricity, not even a single USB plug. Japanese night gown available.Breakfast is quite lousy, but you can get by. One bummer: this hotel is very far from Tokyo. It takes some 1h...

This is a great hotel for a stay in Narita. I stayed in a double room on the 8th floor for 4 nights. Narita is a really nice little town with good shopping, great food and a good nightlife, believe it or not. Lots of airline crews layover here! The hotel breakfast was more than satisfactory and the staff were...

Our third stay in 2 years as a stop for a day from Tokyo before Narita airport. Cleanliness is even better than we could expect by Japanese standard. Double bed still leaves just enough space for 2 people in the room. Amenities adequate. 5 minutes walk from station and the 2 level of escalator next to APA hotel makes things...

Stayed 2 nights whilst on business travel - an easy one stop on the train from Narita airport. Great area - lots of wonderful eateries. A lot more full of soul than the nearby airport hotels! Rooms are typical in size (ie not big as usual in Tokyo), with the usual capsule bathroom and heated toilet seat. Nowhere to put...

Nice hotel and convenient for the airport. Not too pricey but we didn’t try the restaurant. Decent size bed, decent shower, friendly staff and free shuttle bus to the airport. Would recommend to anyone landing late or leaving early.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I had a lot of trouble falling asleep, as the mattress was broken down and hard. The room was a standard size for Japan and was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle to the airport was convenient.

It is a short walk from the train station. The entrance is a little strange as it is large wooden doors, which actually open automatically. Check in was flawless. The elevators are protected with your door key, but only going up. They organized me for the morning shuttle, (free) However, you must know your terminal. The shuttle driver does not...

I stayed for one night upon my arrival to Japan before heading out to Nagano. There is a hotel shuttle that takes approx 20 mins and was an 8 min walk to Narita Station the next morning Bed was comfortable, bathroom a good size, standard small size room so you wouldn't fit a lot of luggage Only disappointment was the...

Lovely little hotel with buffet breaky great for a 1 night stopover. Rooms are quite small which is expected In Japan. Breaky had a small variety but was nice. Staff didn't speak much English but was ok. Free shuttle to and from the airport which was a must for us!
