Clean, comfortable and not far from the train station. What more could you ask for? We used the airport shuttle from Narita Airport it arrived bang on time to the minute. Was very impressed. Rooms are spacious with a big enough bathroom. Wifi is fast so easy to plan your next steps if you are going to be on the... More

I arrived at Terminal 1 Narita airport and proceeded to bust stop 16 to get my bus transfer to the hotel. It arrives promptly at 2005. Upon arrival, I needed to get some food and easily located a few reasonably priced restaurants outside the hotel. There is a supermarket approximately 200m away. The room have complimentary green tea bag which... More

We arrive with a group late at night. By the time i use the bathroom it was very late so we don't want to disturb our tour guide. We decide to come up in the morning to inform about our room which has a bathroom smell like a public toilet!!!! Horrible!!!! Never expect this standard in Japanese hotel!!! We ask... More

Remember htl chk in is at 1400 - 1500 hrs esp if you trvl on NH. A dbl room with amenities for one is very small for the price. Early chk in is possible with an extra payment which you have to ask for.

The shuttle times are posted by the bus stop for all Narita shuttles. The shuttle was very large and perfectly on time. The room, though small, was very clean. One can get the room with or without breakfast. There is a supermarket just a few blocks away. i bought the breakfast option and for Japan the price and selection was... More

Seriously, DON'T CHOOSE THIS HOTEL. The reception is rude and cold. The staff is not helping : they really don't care about your problems!! I booked for 2 people but we only had 1 pillow, 1 towel and a very little bed! When I asked only for one more pillow they tell me it wasn't possible : I'll have to... More

Thank you for staing us. This time I let you worsen a feeling and am sorry. Only pillow and towel one set prepare and are sorry. In addition, correspondence of the staff of the case is sorry badly. The pillow already makes free of charge. Next; go, and wait. More

I stayed here for one night with a friend, as we had arrived quite late in the evening and did not want to spend time going all the way into the city. The price was relatively cheap and it suited my needs perfectly as I just needed a place to relax and sleep. It looks like it was renovated recently as... More

We booked in close to the airport to drop people off. Reception was rude very cold and uninviting (the worst in Japan). Very small beds thin doors so you can hear everything and everyone. The hotel had 10 buses of people all to be leaving at the same time ( nothing left for breakfast) the good part you could walk... More

Clean room, newly refurbished, good selection at free breakfast buffet, not the usual super tiny Japanese hotel room (there was actual walking around space). Hotel was not in an isolated location like the big name hotels. Restos and mini marts within short walking distance. Very hard bed, tiny pillows.Non smoking room initially assigned smelled heavily of smoke. This seems to be... More
