I stayed here for one night with a friend, as we had arrived quite late in the evening and did not want to spend time going all the way into the city. The price was relatively cheap and it suited my needs perfectly as I just needed a place to relax and sleep. It looks like it was renovated recently as... More

Extremely small room!! We needed to clear window sash to put 1 suitcase & sat the other one in the entrance passage 7 had to walk over it to use the toilet!!. Nice water feature in front lobby. Non English labelled food but ate the variety of food on sight only reasonable quality of assorted foods. Near Narita airport &... More

We booked in close to the airport to drop people off. Reception was rude very cold and uninviting (the worst in Japan). Very small beds thin doors so you can hear everything and everyone. The hotel had 10 buses of people all to be leaving at the same time ( nothing left for breakfast) the good part you could walk... More

Clean room, newly refurbished, good selection at free breakfast buffet, not the usual super tiny Japanese hotel room (there was actual walking around space). Hotel was not in an isolated location like the big name hotels. Restos and mini marts within short walking distance. Very hard bed, tiny pillows.Non smoking room initially assigned smelled heavily of smoke. This seems to be... More

We stayed here one night before a flight out to Okinawa. Minibus shuttle times can be a little awkward, as they aren't running throughout the day, and may require booking 30min in advance. To room where ok, we had two people in a semi double room, which was only setup for one. Addition pillows were an additional cost when asked.... More

Excellent value. Excellent location within walking distance of the beautiful and underappreciated Narita Koen (park/garden). Excellent breakfast buffet, kind staff. Definitely recommend for your Narita visit.

I recently visited the Narita Kikusui Hotel and was amazed at the value I got at this hotel. The hotel itself looks a bit aged form the outside. I loved the spacious lobby and waterfall koi pond in the waiting area. My room was clean, and quite large by Japan standards. Desk staff were courteous but spoke almost no English.... More

This hotel has pick up from NRT airport. And has restaurant.room is good.around hotel is just steakhouse, noodle, japanese restaurant.and super market.its all 5~10min by walk. ここは、空港からホテルまで送迎があります。周りには、VOLKS、ラーメン、かつやがあり、近くにイオンがあります。前日に朝食分を買っておくのをオススメします(笑)

Handy due to its proximity to Narita airport. had an early flight and was on a shoe string budget hence its selection. The room is worn and dated - beds are hard and uncomfortable. The room is only about 18 sqm which is the norm in Japan. Barely enough room to swing a cat let alone open two medium sized... More

We had an early morning flight and chose this place so we could nip across to the airport quickly (20 mins away, btw) If you enjoy living in a cardboard carton, sleeping on a minuscule bed, without Air-conditioning or Wi-Fi, then this is the place for you. For us, it was claustrophobic and awful.
