The hotel was pretty good and up to the high stanrd I expect for Japan. It was clean and well maintained. Experienced a earthquake while I was there the hotel felt very safe. There was a shuttle service directly from the airport it takes awhile going there because there is a maze of one way roads around the hotel. The restaurant downstairs had good Japanese fare for the weary traveler and a few shops for general goods and souvenirs. Used to dealing with foreigners the staff spoke excellent english. They put out a baby crib for us at no extra charge.
I can't find the refund policy. As you know, the corona19 is a huge issue right now, so we were not able to go to the hotel. We didn't receive an answer about the money that we had already paid. It was a group of 11 people that were going to stay there. 返金ポリシーが見つかりません。ご存じのように、コロナ19は現在大きな問題であるため、ホテルに行くことができませんでした。すでに支払ったお金についての回答は受け取りませんでした。そこに滞在する11人のグループでした。
Stayed at Narita Tobu twice in February 2020. Once we got unmodernised room which was spacious, easy to move around and on the second occasion it was a refurbished room which was half the size of the previous one. Hardly any space to move around. On both occasions paid only ¥9000 which for airport location is very good price and would definitely stay there again.
The hotel offers free shuttle bus to/from the airport. It has conveniently located near the airport, highly recommended to those who has an early flight the next day to stay here. The room basic and bigger than other standard room in Japan. Pyjamas is provided.
Close to airport, no noise. Spacious rooms, comfy beds. Crableg buffet in evenings $40 USD. You can also order from menu. Continuous shuttle. Interesting toilet functions, Toiletries, thongs and robes.
