Went there to attend a conference at the conference center next door. It's a good choice if you have business in that area, otherwise very far away from main attractions and almost 1 hour to the airport. Service is good, with most staff speaking good English. Rooms are a bit small, but so are most in Tokyo. Overall ok.

Perfectly located in a business district for all forms of business events. A wide range of factory outlets are just a walling distance from the hotel, no need for Tokyo shopping as almost all good nrands are there with rationale prices (tax free if > ¥5000 with a passport). Nearest station (JR, not subway as it's a little far from...

Rooms are ok, according to prices, being a global traveler I know I should expect less in Japan. Hotel services are poor...even Gym usage is not included in price :( . For a business traveler try to find something else around.

Location is approx. 1 172 horus far away from Tokyo City Center (train and subway). The room was nice, not that big, but ok. Breakfast was not included, as the Charge is very high i preferred having a breakfast at a coffe shop Close to Makuhari Station. Very close to Makuhar Messe this is the best hotel, very elegant and stylish.Very nice decorations, very clean and a wide selection of restaurants. The rooms are spacious with excellent beds. Only disadvantage is the fact that there is no in-room safe, you have to go to the reception desk at ground level

Been staying in this hotel for 2-times whenever I have a work trip in the Makuhari office building. My last stay in July'16 was for 2 weeks and it was lovely..Love the breakfast spread, love the staff's hospitality all the way from the bellboy to the housekeeping staff. Makes me miss Makuhari even more and can't wait to come back...

I have been and will be using this hotel as I am working within the Exhibition Center, which is literally under 5 minutes walk away using the walkways over the roads, so location wise if your working in Exhibition Center, its perfect, however if you aren't here for business, there really isn't that much else around the hotel. the hotel...

The hotel is clean enough but the rooms did smell musty. The rooms are not well dusted - chairs were dusty and the bed supports were too. Though staff are very polite many are not able to speak English very well. Breakfast at Satsuki was decent - mix of Asian and English foods. The hotel is right across the Convention...

The hotel is very conveniently located in Chiba near to the rail station, shopping, restaurants, and the buses to the airports. The lobby entrance is beautiful and the staff couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast buffet, which was included in our room price, was a mixture of Japanese and western style foods and very delicious - the coffee especially. However,...
