My family and I are repeat users of Hotel Francs. We usually stay there when we go to Disney Land and Sea. It is convenient because the train station is very near and there is the Outlet Mall right behind it as well. Many restaurants and convenience stores in the area (walking distance). The rooms are larger than the rooms... More

The positive comment for this hotel was the working attitude of the front desk staff who were polite and professional. The hotel was very old, outdated. The lobby was still acceptable but not the room. The room was not clean and I found some hairs on the floor once entered the restroom and also found some food from the last... More

This hotel is located in Makuhari Messe. The area is nice if you are on holiday or for work nearby. Otherwise this area is little bit off from Tokyo centre. I liked this hotel, nice bed, good restaurants, for 1000 yen unlimited drinks. Very peaceful and lobby is really big and cool. Also the amazing thing, they charged me for... More

The prices are simply not acceptable and a fancy french name. It is small and bed is standard, there is not enough space to open 2 suitcases at the same time. However i try to change the room type but still is small room. The room switched off the air-con, in my experience during trip i never seen, They are... More

I was with a colleague in this hotel from 5th March to 12th March. We were in 9th floor Room no 925 a twin bedroom. The staff is very helpful. We feel like we are at home. The room is larger compare to other hotels in Japan. Very close to Mitsui Outlet Park. Which you get many shops. Walking distance... More

The room rates were very high during the New Year. At this price range, I was expecting a nice & comfortable hotel. The stylish entrance and lobby seemed promising, but disappointment came as soon as we walked inside the room. The room is just like any business hotel, but with a little more luxury. It is small, bed is standard,... More

Booked this hotel for a night as the hotel I stayed in across the street was fully booked. This hotel is located near an outlet mall so you can find branded stuff on discount. It is also near the train station. There is also airport express bus to Haneda airport. That's all the benefits you can find at this hotel. The... More
