They need to install some type of elevator of some sort to facilitate people with large luggage. We are not allowed to pull the luggage inside the facility, people with heavy/large luggage encounter lots of difficulties in carrying the luggage the whole time from inside all the way into your rooms.

There aren't enough slippers for everyone in the place, so some people had to walk bare feet inside the place.

The water kettle in some rooms are quite gross and dirty... The western rooms (with bed) are extremely small.

Also, the worst experience we had in this place is that my dad slipped in the male hot springs area because the floor was too wet and slippery. His back still hurts even though it's been almost 2 weeks now.

Tucked away along the shore line of Hakodate you will find this nice little Onsen right by the beach.

Easy parking.

Helpful staff but no English spoken on our visit.
Very reasonable charges!!
Separate male and female baths.

Small changing room leading through a sliding door into a small internal pool then through another door into a rock faced outdoor pool, approx 6+mtrs round'ish.
Very nice waters at a good temperature to ease you aches and pains, or just to relax.

Small restaurant attached but we did not try it this time.

Will definitely visit Isaribikan again!!
