It is just a few minutes walk from the JR train station and the morning market where you can get very fresh seafood breakfast as early as 6.30am. You can walk along the coast to the places of interest. They are not very far away. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly and polite.

Hotel Resol is located only a few minutes walk from Hakodate station, excellent for visitors arriving by train. It's also a pleasant 10-15 minute stroll away from the charming Hakodate Bay area. It has a good lobby to relax in and friendly welcoming staff whose knowledge of English leaves a bit to be desired. I stayed in a double room... More

Hotel Resol Hakodate is within walking distance to the morning markets, the harbour, JR Hakodate, the trams and Daimon Yokocho. There's also a big departmental store just beside, and a 7-11 right opposite. The staff were very friendly. The rooms, however were small. We had 2 adults and 1 toddler and we had to sleep horizontally as the beds were... More

The room's cosy but it was enough for 2. I thought the front desk clerks were friendly. It's conveniently located near the train station and a few minutes' walk from the morning market. Definitely recommended for a few days' stay!

The rooms in Japan are usually small if you noticed it's cheaper online. If you are not too bothered or you are smaller in size, I think it's still ok unless you stay in the room most of the time. This hotel is not too far from the train station and the tram station is just downstairs. I felt the... More

This hotel has a great location right by the train and bus stations and near the tram stop. The famous morning market is very close by. The room is large enough for 2 and as usual in Japan, well equipped. It was quiet but too hot. Why do Japanese hotels need to be so hot??? The staff speak little English... More

Location is pretty close to JR Hakodate station ( it's definitely not a 3 mins walk). Losir Hotel is 3 mins. But it's near to street car (tram) stop just outside just need to cross a small road. But for sure during spring-autumn timing, it's still walkable just that at night it's pretty cold and worst if it's rain. We... More

Great location at a fantastic price. The staff was very nice, although limited English. Room location was quiet and the size was adequate. Clean and environmentally friendly hotel makes me want to stay here in the future. The staff at breakfast was very friendly and the food was quite good, pleasant surprise to see western style as well along with... More
