Location is excellent - just a few meters away from the JR Kushiro station and literally next to the Kushiro Bus terminal. The rooms are extremely small! We booked a twin room that consists of a double bed and an overhead bunk bed. There was hardly room for 2 mid sized and 2 carry on luggage, let alone trying to open the luggage. However, there are generous touches that make up for this. Ladies can enjoy a selection of toiletries (and they are amazingly good) ranging from shampoo, conditioner, hair treatment to various skin care products. These are available at the hotel lobby. I like it that access to rooms are via door code, so no need to worry about losing a key card. There is a selection of pillows too, which may feel odd to the touch but oh so good. Probably had my best sleep in my 14 night trip in this hotel. Yukatas are provided too. There is an onset at the ground floor and a schedule is set for male and female use. I didn't get to try it though, There are 2 washers and dryers at the lobby. The washer is coin operated, Y200 for a cycle. Dryer can be used free of charge. Breakfast is free, and the breads and pastries are pretty good. Also served are traditional Japanese breakfast items like grilled mackerel and Japanese style omelette. Oh - if you don't use the provided toothbrush and return it to the lobby on check-out, you get a free chocolate treat. :-)

Same style, same decoration and same room, just like other Super Hotel. Only a block away from the train station. The hotel is trendy and well furbished. The small onsen is good. The breakfast is buffet and good. The room is small as expected but I had difficulty to open my suitcase. However thing can be complaint taking in account the low price and excellent location.

It's one of those business hotel chain and you can't expect much. For the room rate, I think the room is big. Hot spring bath and pillow a la carte are real nice touches. The pastry and buns are freshly baked in the morning and not to be missed. It's also conveniently located next to the bus terminus and JR station. A great choice for those who stay in Kushiro for transit to Lake Akan or Abashiri.

The hotel is conveniently located above the bus terminal and few min from the JR station. Great service from staff. FOC onsen and breakfast. Vending machine is FOC during breakfast. Safe, modern and convenient. The best hotel I have stayed in for my Hokkaido trip.

Pros: It's extremely conveniently located - you can literally see it from the station and only a 3minute walk even with heavy baggage and all. There's an extensive selection of toiletries to fill your goody bag with and a wide range of pillows (soft, hard, orthopedic) to choose from (although the later you check in, the more limited your choices). Passcode entry into hotel room means not having to worry about losing your key; forgotten passcodes can be reset/retrieved at reception. The rooms are in typical western style and very clean, and all the basics like towels and shower gel can be expected. Each room has a private bathroom for those who have reservations about communal bathing. There's a neat little common dining area downstairs for hotel breakfast and BYO lunch/dinner. Breakfast not as good as the traditional ryokans but better than your normal hotel western-style breakfast. Cons: The rooms are EXTREMELY small, what you see is pretty much what you get. Only one person can walk around at any one time and be prepared to be creative in where you put your luggage. Also, the hotel baths are downstairs in the lobby so you pass through a lot of randoms to and from. Restaurants in the area aren't dense (especially during winter) and they close really early. I suggest bringing food if you check in any later than 9pm.
