the airport is near to New Chitose airport. For those catching the early morning flight. This hotel is a good choice. It has free shuttle service to and from the airport. While the hotel is old and there is nothing much around the property, the rooms are clean and food choices are decent (though nothing to shout about). I am...

This hotel is conveniently located if we are only staying for overnight as the hotel has shuttle to airport starting from 4pm but even if the shuttle not available, we could take the public bus which stops in front of the hotel and cost only 190yen. Size of the hotel room is acceptable as i could still open my 3...

The Room is very small compare to other hotel. Working desk is very small and no place to even put 2 luggage bag. Good dinner and breakfasts. Near airport so it is a good hotel for overnight stay before heading to the airport.

This is an old hotel which has reasonable size rooms. The rooms are however very clean. They have a coffee corner in the lobby for all day free coffee. Onsen is also on the 1st floor. Overall hotel is clean and maintained well and would recommend to all.

Stayed here overnight before catching flight home next morning. Picked it after viewing posituve comments from previous guests. It maybe old but check in was a breeze and it offers a free shuttle to New Chitose airport in the morning. They also can pick you up from the Chitose Station but only after 4pm. Alternatively if you arrive after 5pm...

This is a nice hotel to take a rest before heading off to fly from chitose airport. Spacious rooms ( by Japan standards) , good airport shuttle , clean and efficient. Good value for money. Please check the shuttle timings in advance as there are limited trips .

Was expecting better. Rooms The toilet in my parents' room had a pungent odour when they took over the room. The door of the cabinet that housed the fridge was missing. But my room was ok and faultless. Service: When we called the hotel staff in the evening to request for assistance with the odour, we were told that there...

Rooms are decent and clean but rather old. A coffee machine (free-flow) is available in the lobby for guests. There is a mini-onsen on the first floor, which can fit maybe 8 people at most. Not really worth the trip down, and definitely not the best I've been to. There is a convenience store located across the road for late...

The hotel is beside the city park in Chitose. The room I had was rather small for the rate I paid. Breakfast was sufficient and good. It is a tourist class hotel and provided free transport to airport. The town nearby has basic shops and not much for shopping.

They gave us triple sharing rooms and we could hardly fit in our luggages. Good thing it was close to an excellent Yakiniku restaurant that was walking distance. Breakfast buffet at this hotel was satisfying.
