Either have a bowl of Sapporo Ramen before heading for Sapporo or return early to the airport early too have a couple of bowl of Sapporo. There are about 12 different styles of Sapporo Ramen; seafood, beef, shrimp, chicken, pork, etc. There is one restaurant that gives free boiled eggs to eat with your ramen. About 1,000 yen for a... Below the hotel is food area of the New Chitose Internationa Airport Terminal linked to the Domestic Terminal. If you have time and wish to eat at the hotel, go down to lower floors for some great local food, Proceed to the Domestic Airport section on foot from the international check in area. After about 150 metres, there is an... More

Yes, the pictures shown are taken mostly from the Spa at 4th floor of the New Chitose Airport. You can get a free pass from the hotel lobby. Nevertheless, I will just go ahead and make my review for Airport Terminal Hotel. If you have an early flight in the morning and don't want the hassle to wake up too... More

We have trouble check in as too many passengers in a small airport. The Japanese staff not as fast and efficient as they are famed for ... Come early to avoid jams Access is easy through JR rail and subway It's cheaper than taking taxi . Go for daily pass for the subway and bus

This place is a spa, an onsen. It is often confused with the AIR TERMINAL HOTEL, a nice, simple traveller's hotel listed above, because the names are similar. "Yusumidokoro" is NOT a hotel. Despite this, my friend managed to accidentally make a "reservation" there by phone, which lead to all kinds of confusion.

The room is spacious. Our room faced the airport and we can see the planes, but it was not noisy. Probaby because the only window was small. The hotel is very convenient. The room rate also included entrance to the hot bath in the Airport, which was great. There was no warm toilet seat. The breakfast was average by Japanese standard.

We stayed at the Air Terminal Hotel for our arrival and departure to and from Hokkaido. The hotel has a good English speaking staff. We splurged and booked the suite for the family and the room was at least 800 square foot with a separate living and sleeping rooms, also a half bath (in addition to the full bath) attached... More

I would have given The New Chitose terminal a 5star rating if the Air Conditioning was better. It felt like it was cooler outside. There were a lot of nice shops and restaurants to choose from. I was here this July with family and traveling in and out of Hokaido.

Stunning ! That is my first impression for Airport New Chitose. Along the side of wall mounted paintings 3D. There is modern toilet with the voice when people passing by. Also a dressing room, baby feeding room and make up room. Available storage for deposit luggage.

We love staying at onsens and this one at the airport is so convenient! There are western-style rooms so it's not a full Japanese experience. But overall, very comfortable. There is an outdoor bath, sauna and massage room. So good after a long flight!
