We stayed for one night in mid April in a twin room with a private outdoor onsen. We experienced excellent service from our arrival to departure. The Hotel shuttle picked us up at the JR Chitose train station. They pick you up at right below the train station at the first floor exit by the taxi pickup. There are no...

The guests were all Japanese so this could be a foreign find if you are open to new experience. English is a little bit of a struggle but it lends to part of the charm. I would suggest that food and uniqueness is enough of an adventure. Arranging to catch the 2pm shuttle from the JR Chitose terminal will save...

stayed for 1n at this nice establishment nestled amidst banks of snow. the staff were very helpful, from parking the car to check-in to showing around the hotel. even though our stay was during public holiday, there weren't too many people around, and the place had an exclusive and peaceful feeling overall. the room was very spacious and the outdoor...

This complaint is gonna be long as I’m telling the whole story. I had to say i had a terrible experience in Suizantei. I've planned my trip a year ago and I was soo looking forward to stay the best room with outdoor hot spring in a garden in this hotel. I didn't mind to pay for such a high...

We went in January 2017. Me and my girlfriend are in love with this place and definitely recommend everyone to try it out. The room was very organized and well lit. The room itself is very spacious. The shower was also toward the back, which also lead to the private onsen. Being in the onsen outdoor with thick snow on...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel 2016/10/9. We booked Lake View Deluxe Twin Room via the Japanican website. We were later found out on the confirmation letter the booking was a smoking room. We try to change the booking to a non-smoking room, but was informed by the website coordinator that Lake View Deluxe Twin Room are all...

In our 2nd stay we chose a deluxe twin room of 36 sqm and lake-facing (though most of the lakeview was blocked by trees in front). Though dinner course worth JPY8K was chosen upfront, it was inferior than what we had back in 2011 by comparing the dinner menus. It was nicer than average, given the price that we paid...

My husband and I stayed in this hotel on 23 April 2016. We chose this hotel because of the beautiful scenary in Chitose-Shi, the availability of in-room hot spring (to us this is the most important) and the good comments on TripAdvisor. After checking the hotel-plus-meals packages on Agod- and Rakuten, we found the official hotel website offered better deals....

Sit quietly at the lake shore of Shikotsuko, the Suizantei hotel gives you the perfect hide-away retreat from your busy life and recovers you from a tiring ski holiday. Free shuttle bus from JR Chitose station takes you right to the hotel in ~30 minutes (although booking a seat via email in English took us a few days to get...

By the free shuttle bus you can access the hotel easily. The shuttle bus will pick you up at the Jr Chitose station which is 2 stations away from New Chitose Airport. Everything is good at the hotel:staff, food view, etc. Not far from the hotel there will be small community where you can have lunch, and some quite nice place to have...
