Just a few steps away from the Tottori train station, this hotel is the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in. The place is clean, entry by electronic code, very nice buffet breakfast and that's just the beginning. On check in, I received a package of face care products and muscle soreness patches. There is a pillow wall where you can choose your pillow. No more wrestling your pillow to sleep at night. The pyjamas were one of the weirdest looking but clean no less. The blackout curtains is serious. I almost got blinded when I opened it in the morning. The room comes with a multi head charging cable. On the ground floor, there are free drinks, a toaster oven, microwave and umbrella borrow station. If you don't use the toothbrush and return it to the front desk, you get to choose a piece of candy/snack.

There are two Super hotels in town. One at the busy city side of the station and one on the opposite quiet side of the station. I choose the quiet one on the south side (Tottori Ekimae) and it proved to be a good choice. The room was more or less Super hotel standard with all amenities including a free and extensive breakfast buffet. However what was additionally pleasant at this particular Super hotel was the lobby/breakfast room itself which gave you a special feeling because of its furnishing with the looks of natural wood and plants. I never saw this in any Super hotel and it really gives you a homely feeling. Very special. Also the staff was super friendly. When I waited for about an hour to get myself access to my room (being cleaned)they presented me with an ice-cream. When in town again sometime in the future I will definitely opt for this very enjoyable Super hotel.

This hotel is close to jr station, only 1-2 minutes walk. Its also close to an Aeon mall so its convenient to buy any daily products. The room is usual small size and everything look new. The bathroom is extremely small and difficult to use. Pillow is in very strange shape so its better to get another one from reception. Sound insulation is bad, can hear every noise from other guests. Usually it gets quiet from 2300 to 0600 so its acceptable for me. Wifi signal is strong and reliable, the shampoo/soap provided are good. Breakfast is free, simple but sufficient for you to start the day. All in all this is a good hotel to stay.

The hotel is just across the road from the JR Tottori station and very easy to find. The room is very small, couldn't leave our luggage open but that wasn't a problem at all. The twin room is a double bed with a bunk bed. The bunk bed is not prepared for you. There are selections of pillows for you to borrow from a shelf at the reception. Breakfast is very nice with traditional Japanese food, bread and cereal. What we love about the hotel is the staff is very friendly and always there to help you when needed like when we asked for a luggage scale, they disappeared for a while and came back for an actual scale! And Suri wrote a welcome card with a drawing of Meitantei Conan because we emailed the hotel asking about the Meitantei Conan Museum. That's very nice of her :D

Being stuck on Main Route No. 9 to Yonago Airport for over 10 hours due to adverse snowy weather, we were unable to catch our return flight and forced to return to Tottori city. It was a Saturday approaching midnight, local police assisted us to locate the only left guest room here in Super Hotel after making numerous calls to all the hotels in the city. We checked in after midnight, duty manager was still very helpful in assisting our parking & check in. The next morning we still have a lot to deal with eg checking the road traffic status, rescheduling our return flight, notifying car rental shop to collect our dropped car here in Tottori instead of Yonago, etc. Duty Manager (a lady) has been professional and helpful in dealing with our various requests (we didn't speak / read any Japanese) by making calls to different parties and getting things sorted out one by one. We really appreciate all the initiatives and attentive caring services extended especially when we were encountering such difficult circumstances. Room quality is good too.
