This hotel is such a great way to experience Japanese culture while being pampered. The hotel workers are very nice and assistance in English is available. If you pay an extra 500yen or so the hotel offers an assortment of colorful yukatas for females, which is quite fun. The onsens are open very late so you can literally go and...

Our agate stone plated baths are quite rare in Japan, there are only a few ryokans have this kind of bath. The Tamatsukuri Onsen's hot spring is really nice for the...

We were surprised, especially since this is off the beaten path for Americans that 1) the manager (we think he was a manager) spoke English well and 2) he had arranged a...

Tamatsukuri onsen (spa) is one of the famous spa in Japan. The Japanese-Style hotel has over 300 years traditions. Japanese garden is awesome. Large and beautiful hotspring made me relax very much. Japanese style dinner and breakfast was yummy. I hope you will enjoy japanese style hospitality at the hotel.
