The hotel is about 15 mins walk from train station which is far considering the number of hotels just within 2 mins walking distance. But the rooms are slightly bigger than usual teeny weeny Japanese hotel rooms. Room are very reasonable priced considering the size. I also chose this hotel because they are linked with the luggage forwarding service. For... More

We stayed here for 1 night before doing the Alpine Route. Not to far from the station, friendly reception staff who forwarded our luggage onto the end of the route, comfortable beds and a great onsen on the top floor. The only negative was that the room was tiny, not even enough floor space for a suitcase but it was... More

After visiting the Kurobe-Toyama area, we stayed a night in Toyama City. Without our luggage (had been delievered to the hotel), we decided to walk to the hotel. The room is just like many other Japanese hotel room but quite clean and quiet. The breakfast is served by many friendly and polite ladies. They keep greeting customers with energetic voice... More

It is very nice place to stay in a comfortable room. It is very close to the train station, only 1min on feet. The hotel has a great view facing mountains & sea. I can see the snow on the top of Tateyama. It is a special experience for a Taiwanese. I also recommend the breakfast. In the small town,... More

This is a good value hotel. 15min walk from train station - a bit far from the train station if you are carrying a lot of luggage. Otherwise, the walk is a pleasant one. Room is clean. Standard Japanese hotel style, not too fancy.

Nice and clean hotel, a little way from the station. There was also not much to eat/see in the inmediate surroundings. The hotel itself was good but rooms were small as you'd expect from a Japanese hotel.

They have western beds but tatami mats are an option as well. They have the option of having a bath or a shower. A table to have tea as well. It was a hybrid between a japanese hotel and a western hotel. The location is right beside the little river that runs though the city(vs major river). The minor river... More

I was all right with the room thou the others had a slight complain on the room size and think the hotel was slightly outdated.. The onsen was good even though we aren't able to have a good view of the mountain as shown in the picture. The Japanese restaurant next to the hotel offered us a cheap but yet,... More

Stayed for 2 nights in a Japanese-Western style room on the 10th floor. The room was clean and comfortable. The tatami area was useful for my son to play, watch TV and do some homework (unfortunately!). But we didn't sleep on the tatami area because the staff told us we had to take care of bed-making on tatami by ourselves.... More

Stayed here for 2 nights prior to the Tateyama mountain trip. Quite easy to reach there. Keep left from the main enterance of the train station, there is a traffic light in abt 50m, cross the road, turn left and follow the tram line, you will pass 3-4 sets of traffic light, the hotel is on the left, its a...
