The hotel is..... We had a choice of whether we wanted a western style room, Japanese style room or a combination room. No wi-fi was available in the room, only in the lobby. We choose the combination and it was very comfortable, clean and included all necessary amenities. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The hotel has separate hot... More

This was our tour group stay for the purpose of giving the opportunity to use the hot bath (onsen) facilities and sleep on the floor Japanese-style if they wish. If there is no personal issue with your body or all male spa experience then this is for you as this one is on the rooftop . A yukata is folded... More

Very traditional Japanese hotel using tatami mats. The sleep experience was very comfortable and warm however would not be recommended for people with back problems as getting up could be challenging. The dinner buffet was extensive with a good range of seafood and drinks included in the price. None of the descriptions were written in English and the only forks... More

This is a somewhat specialised hotel frequented by tour groups for the purpose of giving the opportunity to use the hot baths (onsen) facilities and sleep on the floor Japanese-style if they wish. A yukata is lent to each guest to enable the visit to the baths (although this isn't compulsory). The hotel is located in the town centre and... More

Lots of tourist. Room size is good especially with Japanese style room. Good onsen to explore and interesting service by providing Yukata to all in-house guest. Quite easy to access all city within walking distances.

Stayed one night April 2016 "Nice" hotel getting on in years and needing some serious updating. Good - most facilities for a Japanese "getaway" - reasonable sized (not large)rooms - good bathroom - onsite free onsen facilities, clean well maintained - onsite genuine massage facilities, karoke etc. - friendly reception (but English limited) Bad - no wifi anywhere except lobby... We stayed in the rooms where there were straw mats on the floor and futon mattresses and paper screens. Glad we had the experience but wouldn't ask for those rooms again. Small bathroom but good size bath. Yukatas are given to everyone on arrival for use in the hot tubs Dining room reminds me of what I imagine a boarding... More

Stayed in this hotel for one night. Overall ok, but very clean. The furniture & fittings were very conventional and outdated but functional, though looks antic. The breakfast was so-so, typical Japanese food. There is no activities and places to go at night in this hotel area. I will not stay in this hotel again unless if I want to... More

I had fab memories of staying in this hotel at the end of the 1990's and was really looking forward to coming back. Sadly, it hasn't fared well over the recent past. The hotel is very tired & really could do with a thorough facelift. Having said this, there are some things that are good - the Baths are fantastic!!!... More

Was recommended this hotel by a Japanese colleague and stayed the hotel for 2N1D for a leisure trip. This hotel is big as it combines 2 buildings together and share their facilities such as onsen pools, entertainment center, resturant in between. It has several type of hot spring area included indoor and outdoor bath rooms which separate by men &... More
