Same, you should ask someone who speaks japanese to phone and book. It is an elderly couple who runs the place.

Ask a friend who can speak Japanese to call up the B&B, or use a Japanese travel agent. Asking the Kanazawa Tourist Info Center to do it on your behalf should also work.
