Clean and comfortable, with its best asset in the middle of our trip a coin-operated washer/dryer machine. Wish we had been booked in the Rei concept room for women. Breakfast is mediocre, though we were weary from our travels and had a decent pizza and chianti in the hotel dining room for dinner. Conveniently located.
The hotel is a bit far from the station (appx. 20-25 mins walking with suitcases) but you always can take a taxi or ride a bus. The location seemed very central for us - in the middle between the station and the attractions (old district & the garden). The market is very close. We arrived at 7pm and after check in went to the market area for dinner and drink in one of the local izakaya (seafood & sake). It was interesting experience :)) The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean. There are 2 convenient shops just besides the hotel - what else one can want in the morning?! Coffee & sandwiches! Would stay again, no doubts!
Finally I found everything here! A good bathroom organization (spaces and layout) and a bed with a mattress that allowed me to rest well without getting up in my back pain. The staff was very kind and helpful. Impeccable room cleaning. So I recommend it!
We booked 3 rooms at this hotel on 03AUG and the staff is very helpful to arrange 3 rooms on the same floor. They are very nice and noted it is my birthday and give the small gift to me when check-in. The room is clean and quite new. Guest can enjoy the free Japanese tea at the lobby. However, hotel does not have the parking space and it is first come first serve. The other guests have to park the car nearyby (around 5 minutes walk).
Great desk personnel, extremely helpful and very fast. The rooms are small but cheery and absolutely spotless. Washer/dryers are available, and one of the floors has a closet where you can get extra pillows of various density. I can’t recommend this hotel enough.
