We stayed here for one night in Nagoya before heading onto Gero and northern Japan. We reserved two rooms, both around 12 square feet with a bathtub and two single beds. Although the room was tiny, the experience was comfy and the sleeping quality was quite well. The service was good, as the check-in and out process was fast and...

The hotel is clean just like most Japanese hotels. The pillow is really too soft, didn't like it. Of course being in japan, the staff are polite. The bed are spacious compared to standard jpn rooms. I must say the breakfast spread is really a lot and enjoyed most of the Nagoya type breakfast. The hotel has an onsen, good...

The hotel is out standing by providing hot spring even in downtown of Nogoya city. There is a Tax Free convenient shop just beside the hotel is a plus for this hotel too. We arrived at 6/22 night which was raining. we need to drag the laugage in the rain because the lane in front of the hotel is too...

If your a westerner this is not your place. Very small rooms Japanese business style rooms. No place for clothing, no closets, so clothing stays in suitcase. On the other hand very clean, very quite, very small. The onsen very very famous, and a relaxing place to end the day. All in all Very Small!

The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from Nagoya Station. The room was bit small and the interior looks very old. However, good enough to manage for a one-night short stay. Two convenient stores are located just around 200m away from the hotel. This hotel has a natural onsen which you can use free of charge. I really enjoyed...

Stayed in this hotel for 6 days on my business trip. The room were clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, good breakfast spread although they have the same menu everyday. The hote lis located at the exact location wherein the JR station and Sakae shopping center is very closeby. I would say it was walking distance from the hotel....

I have to thanks Trip Advisor for not only suggesting but also bargain me such a wonderful hotel with a reasonable price. I'd completed my instant booking within 15 minutes, and took 12-15 minutes walk to the hotel while I was in Station Nagoya. Staffs are welcoming with smiling face though they are busy. Furthermore, this hotel has natural onsen...

Hotel room is very small, especially the bathroom. The sink overlaps a bit with the bathtub... That's strange. The double size bed is too small that 2 persons can hardly sleep on it. The blanket is too small for 2 persons too. I feel that the blanket is very old... And I don't know why there is a tall mirror...

Location is ok. Rooms are largish for Japan. Beds are comfortable. Reason rates. Rooms are a little dated. Staff were helpful some of the time. The hotel has a nice lounge area where you can eat food bought in form outside the hotel. Ok hotel for short stay.

Its part of a chain so nothing surprising. Except this one doesn't have a bar, or a gym, or room service overnight. And thats a problem especially for so many travellers who are jet-lagged.There are no English channels. The bed was comfortable and apart from the elephant stomping about above me its quiet. The choice on TV is very limited....
