As a flight crew (captain) for a major International airline and I stay at many hotels I give the Hilton an A + PLUS rating. Rooms are clean, service is excellent and food excellent. Location in Nagoya, Japan is also ideal for anything one might want to do. Shop. sight seeing and entertainment!

Hilton is a prestigious name and it really means. Staying in Hilton, you can get things unexpectedly more than satisfactory. We arrived late at 9:00 pm after a long journey and we were instantly offered a late check out the next day, for which we really appreciated. The expatriate staff there with native English speaking, unlike many other Japanese hotels... More

Fantastic in every way, however it comes at a cost. No complaints about anything and the staff were great and spoke perfect English (if this is what you want). It is not cheap but if you are happy to pay the price then i'd recommend it. When i stayed the hotel seemed very quiet so not sure if this is... More

The hotel is located just out side of popular area Sakae, between Sakae and Nagoya station. very combination place to go both. Both are walking distance, or you can take a subway or bus to get there. I actually walked to Nagoya station and Sakae and not a problem at all. I even walked to Nagoya castle. Thus, the hotel... More

Airport limousine bus stops right in front of hotel. Hotel shuttle bus to Nagoya train station was helpful otherwise it is only a 10min walk. There were a many restaurants along the main road towards the Fushimi subway station. Didn’t get to try them but the shop which had the live seafood for bbq was very crowded in the evening.... More

This hotel was very busy due to the Japanese Grand Prix and our main reason for visiting. There were a few issues when we arrived but the management proved very amenable to our requests. Easy access from the local station, swift walk or short taxi ride- either way a good location. Concierge were great at helping our every request, no... More

Excellent location with spacious room and helpful English speaking staffs. We're traveling with two kids and connecting room has been arranged for us. As I'm still breastfeeding my LO, the hotel is flexible enough to store my frozen milk and send to my room in no time when we needed it. The playing area outside the restaurant where we had... More
