Tidy hotel, nice rooms, central location, close to Sakae station, close to a lot of restaurants. My only complaint was having the hotel call me at 2am one night to ask why I hadn't checked in when I had canceled the room days before.

Just had the loveliest stay at Best Western Nagoya. The staff were professional and helpful at all times. They showed us, as foreigners, as much care and respect as Japanese people which is a first for us here in Japan. Every question was answered and all possible assistance given. When a taxi was called we were sked to wait in...

Perfectly adequate hotel situated about 5 minutes walk from Exit 12 of Sakae Subway Station (just 2 stops from Nagoya Main Station). Helpful staff with adequate English. Small rooms with tired carpets but clean and comfortable nevertheless. Great selection of toiletries in the bathroom. Unfortunately, our room (813) was next to a service room of some sort and there was...

The superior deluxe room of Best Western Hotel Nagoya was much roomier than the standard rooms of the Best Western hotels we stayed in during trips to Tokyo and Osaka, around 30 sq. m. including a bath tub. As usual, amenities were provided such as room slippers, disposable hygiene items like razors and toothbrushes and even a hairbrush and bath...

This hotel is pretty well located close to subway stations. Service is polite and efficient. Rooms are as usual in Japan pretty small but clean and well equipped. Price is pretty competitive specially for a room of 3 persons in our case.

Location of this hotel is a double edged sword - quite central, but just adjacent to the red light street - very seedy and would avoid venturing there at all costs. Warm welcome and very good service at the reception. Got upgraded to superior (But this did not prove great in the end). Rooms needs a bit of attention and...

The room is small but in good location. Opposite can find a nice cafe for breakfast and next has a small Japanese restaurant with good and tasty chicken wings. Down the road has a big pharmacy for shopping!

The room is small and barely fits my family (2 adults and 1 kid). The room is clean, but the amenities are old. The location is great for restaurants and is very close to the subway system. You may want to skip their breakfast if you are expecting something fancy.

Very central location to all the sites in town and close to an entrance for the underground trains at Exit 12. Rooms were comfortable and clean, and staff was very friendly. Starbucks is located below at the hotel entrance.

The room is probably average for Japanrse cities (and small for anywhere else) and while not cheap, is economical for Nagoya. The location is a few blocks east of Sakae which itself is a fairly trendy shopping district (probably nagoya's equivalent of osaka's Nambai) and 2 stops from Nagoya train station. Rooms were decently equipped and service was on par.
