Second stop from Nagoya station using tube, Higashiyama line, after Shinkansen ride. A minute walk from Sakae station. Convenient. Central park is less than a minute walk. Good for walking with a scenery of TV tower. A wide variety of restaurant selection nearby. I picked "Tori Gin Honten" where you can enjoy yakitori and tebasaki (chicken wing) of Nagoya Kochin...

When I complained about the size of the double room I paid 7200 Yen a night, I was simply told, that I booked the smallest room. An upgrade could be made for 4000 Yen a night. Which isn´t at all worth it, the room is only a little bit bigger. Space is precious, or should I say expensive. The double...

The hotel is located at Exit 3 of Sakae Station. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Room is small but well-equipped. Amazed by the in-room air purifier. Value for money for its location and service.

This place ruled. Clean and nice. Decorated just as your mum would have done in the 90s. So much mum charm. The staff were just so so so polite and kind. The service was exceptional. They allowed us early check-in. The location is excellent. A stones throw from Sakae subway station you don't have to roll your suitcases far. The...

A classic architecture, the hotel is located conveniently in Sakae, the boisterous district of Nagoya. But it's a quiet hotel, as it's not on a main street. Yet I can go to do shopping easily with many department stores and convenient stores around. When you come out from Exit No. 2 from Sakae Station of Higashiyama Line, you can turn...

Spent a night here in June 2016. Compared to other hotels nearby in Sakae, this hotel is quite dated. It is conveniently located near Sakae Station. Getting to/from major tourist spots was hence made easy with good train connections in Sakae. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Room is typical Japanese size - tiny but functional.

Stayed a year ago. There are two Trusty, make sure you are at the right one. This Trusty is located 3 minutes away after you got out from Exit #3 of Sakae Station. Nice helpful staff and very polite. We had Small Double room. Not big, but we've stayed in smaller rooms in Japan. Decor is not the newest and...

Location was superb as it is also walking distance to shopping centers. Room was small but fits 2people. Staff were very...

My friend and I stayed here for 4 nights in deluxe twin room. I was really impressed. The beds were so big and comfy! Most beds in Japan are small and hard, but our room was perfect. The location is amazing! My only peeve was that they wouldn't let us check in a few hours early even though our room...

“Rooms are positioned around the perimeter of each floor (23 rooms per floor over 12 floors) with some rooms in the center facing a core air well (which can make them gloomy and claustrophobic). Only rooms at the front of the building (perhaps a little bit larger than the others, especially the corner ones) have any view, and these look at the building across the street.”
