Hotel is really close to Fushimi subway Station, which is just one stop away from Nagoya station (and itself a connecting station to a couple subway lines) so it's really convenient. Fairly good sized room for the price.

Echo Yikaikaikaikai. Most hotels we went to in Japan are willing to store luggage for us either before check-in or after check-out. The question though is where you are going after coming back from Kiso Valley. The hotel is a subway station away from Nagoya station. If you are travelling from the train station to another destination after coming back from Kiso Valley, you may want to consider storing your luggage at the train station instead.
