This hotel is centrally located in Aqaba and is very near a handful of shops and restaurants. The rooms were modest but very comfortable, and we were pleased to find that the air conditioning worked well! The downside in the rooms was the water temperature, which was warm but never quite hot. The internet was very patchy - we stayed for three days; on the first day it was slow, on the second day it was completely down, and on the third day it was back to slow. There was an internet cafe right next door, but it was a hassle to have to leave the hotel to get online. Breakfast was included in our room, and the buffet was adequate. I've seen better, and I've seen worse. The gym had about 5 cardio machines, all in good working order, but there is no air conditioning in the gym. I left there drenched in sweat every day. Also, they claim the gym is open from 8am - 10pm or so, but the door is always open, so I used it very early in the mornings. Glad I didn't have to fight that battle. The staff were nice, but I felt like things moved very slowly. This was especially true with checkout, when they couldn't get their credit card machine to work. They were very courteous and responded to all our questions. I would stay here again because it was a good location and a very reasonable price (~$85/night).

Only stayed for one night and so didn't use all the facilities at the hotel. I am ranking the hotel based on budget price but would agree with comments that not a real 4* hotel. However the location was great as very close to the restaurant / main area and the room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable and there was a reasonable choice at breakfast. If you are staying one night on a tour then would recommend as a good value option.

I booked this hotel because I like Days Inn hotels, but this particular property failed to rise to expectations. What mostly shocked me is the dirtiness of the property in general and the sloppiness and carelessness in term of cleaning and preparing for arrival guests.
The hotel is extremely understaffed, during my stay I asked if they have Room Service (to order food) but they didn't, they don't even have a night shift house keeping if you need an extra towel or clean bed sheets.
Once I arrived, I was appalled by the sloppiness of my room. It was obvious that they didn't take more than five minutes to clean as it was dirty and not prepared as per standards.
The enclosed images illustrate the room condition as I received from the front desk.
If I have one positive thing to say about this hotel is the cooperation and kindness of Mr. Ala'a Nazzal (Reception) and Mr. Wael (Housekeeping) who were too kind and helpful during my stay.
I strongly advice you not to book this hotel as it apparently needs a lot of improvement to deserve it four star classification..

When we arrived at the hotel we found it under construction. I asked a man who was there and he sent me to another hotel. They had changed us to another hotel due to construction, but they had not notified us of the change and when we left the other they told us that we had to pay for it, because the first hotel had not made the transfer.
After almost 2 hours we had to pay the hotel for the second time until the agency solved it for us later so we could leave.

I am a Jordanian tour guide, once, unfortunately I stayed one night at this hotel, honestly and frankly talking, it was the worst night in my life. The hotel was nasty, smelly, sewage smell was everywhere, the service was very bad and the food is briefly dangerous as I got poisoned after eating their breakfast. I paid more than 60 JOD while I think the reasonable price must not be more than 10 JOD. Being a tour guide makes me responsible and committed to tell the truth. I don’t recommend anyone to stay there.

Fabulous hotel with its strategy location that permits easy access to red sea and the local markets. It is a well-designed and a luxurious hotel in its fantastic features and furniture. Its rooms are well-equipped and the whole services are more than 5 stars. The food is very nice and delicious. Also, it has a very well trained and respectable stuff. Its prices are convenient and affordable. So, we can say that this hotel is the most amazing one for all ages and very enjoyable in its equipment.

What a fantastic experience. Rooms, view was awesome. The staff must have taken a course in public relations and all passed with A's. They make the Hotel the great place it is. I can say this enough!
Visit Bar for some wonderful cocktails!
Activities are planned if you want to participate!
Overall, a fun and relaxing time...hated to go home.

After one week of traveling around Jordan we thought of treating ourselves with 3 days relaxing in Aqaba in some luxury. The good reviews of the 4* Days Inn attracted us we booked an Executive Suite here.
First impressions from the lobby area were not good as it is dark and dated. We arrived in late morning, we asked to but were not able to check in early (which we were ok with) but the receptionist dismissed us after telling us that we can get in our rooms after 2pm, without asking for our name to acknowledge the booking or volunteering to store our luggage. We eventually left our luggage with the hotel and when we came back in the afternoon and checked in to our "Executive Suite" we were, once again, very disappointed. The carpet in the communal areas had not been vacuumed for days (see pic) and several rooms' front doors (including ours) were heavily scratched (see pic), not a very good first impression. The room was very good size and modern in design, with a massive bed, as per the attached pics, but this is where the pros end. We immediately spotted the dirty/dusty floors, with visible streaks and smears from, what must have been, a dirty mop. The bathroom floor tiles were also not properly cleaned and the area around the toilet was particularly dirty (see pics). There was also limescale buildup on taps and sink holes. Most of the furniture was damaged (see pics) and the room was not properly serviced with many thing missing or not provided. There were no tea/coffee cups on the tray next to the kettle and the little tray with complementary tea bags/coffee sachets/sugar was not replenished. Tea bags are exposed, not in their paper "envelope" to protect them from dust/sunlight. There were no tumblers in the bathroom to place our toothbrushes and when we had a couple delivered to our room, one was dirty (lots of dry toothpaste on the bottom). No stationary, or pen, or welcome pack/hotel brochure/information in the room, the remote control (only 1 for 2 TVs) was missing the cover for the battery compartment. The balcony was very dusty, we left footprints on the room floor when we came back in. The air-conditioning was noisy and very ineffective, after working at full speed overnight it only lowered the temp from 28C to 24.5C, according to the digital thermostat on the wall, even though we set it to 22C. Sleep was uncomfortable because of this. Free wifi is available in the room but you need a code per device per day, which is not very practical. The connection was extremely unreliable and at times... useless! All these failings were unacceptable for any hotel, even more so for a 4* Executive Suite!
The swimming pool is relatively small (understandable as it is on the roof) but the water was murky, it was unattended, the poolside furniture was untidy and there were no free towels available as promised by the hotel.
Breakfast was standard and, once again, unsupervised. One member of staff occasionally emerged from the kitchen to replenish a tray.
Next morning we managed to book alternative accommodation from our smartphones and advised the reception that we will be checking out early. In view of this news, we were seen by 3 managers who sat down and listened to all our complaints about the room and hotel. We have to acknowledge that they gracefully accepted the failings and were receptive to our feedback. We gave them a tour of our room, pointing out all the issues. The apologised and made genuine efforts to compensate by giving us a different room and discount. Although their efforts were appreciated, the fact that we had already committed to moving to another hotel and the fact that some failings were not confined to our room made it impossible for us to stay. We were only charge the one night we stayed at a discounted rate and left.
We sincerely hope that the management will act on our feedback and rectify all issues, future reviews will tell if this is the case
