The location of the property was the attraction as it was close to the central part of the city. The hotel has a run down feeling almost everywhere with repair and maintenance obviously lacking. The room was of a good size, linens were clean and the room was also well cleaned. However the carpet was badly stained and the bathroom...

Pictures lied, bathroom flooded after a 5 minute shower, bathroom mouldy and dirty, reception staff rude, the terrace doesn't exist despite it being the biggest draw of the hotel. Don't stay here wish I read previous trip advisor reviews first!

We were led to believe the night before, that breakfast would be between 7 and 10. The following morning at the desk we were told they do not serve breakfast at Mina, but at their sister hotel down the road!! Reception staff not very apologetic poor customer skills. Basic hotel mirrored in the price. Room toilet floor leaking and smelly,...

If there's one thing I have learned from checking in at Mina, that would be not to trust photos on the net. Here are my insights about this hotel: 1. Rooms and towels were not clean. 2. The elevator takes forever and smells like undried laundry. 3. They lack policy on people soaked wet from the pool walking around and...

Hotel is very cheap and seedy, swimming pool was not in working order .We had items stolen from our room and the staff did not provide any answers to our queries about the theft .The brochure for the hotel is not truthful. The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location in the middle of town.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, I shared a room with my two friends. The room was clean and very comfortable with great customer service, there was a bit of a language barrier when ordering room service but overall we had a great stay for a great price! Looking forward to staying here again. Thanks!

We stayed at the Mina Hotel on a trip to Jordan from Israel. The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. we received a free room upgrade, which included a great view of the Red Sea. The hotel is ideally located in Aqaba, but does not have it's own beach, the public beach can be a bit...

The short version of this review is: don't visit this hotel in the low season. I arrived with a colleague for a 1-day business trip in winter (January), we were first surprised when the receptionist told us they had no reservation for us, although I did provide him with a print of our reservation, which was paid for in advance...
