Detailed Reviews
We really were surprised by this hotel because of the big modern room, but if all the lovely pool on the roof!
There is also a restaurant where you can order and the food will be offered to you next to the pool.
The manager, Waleed took care of all your wishes
Very kind lady at the front desk.
We needed a pcr test, it could be arranged in the room and the results came in on time as promised

Heating works well. Clean. Kettle. Quite spacious. Housekeeping chap was helpful and polite.
Good location,near beach,castle,restaurants
Rooftop pool would be superb on a hot day but too cold in december with the wind from the sea.
Some type of jacussi or spa spotted up there too and a bar, that serves alcohol.
Breakfast adequate, aimed at tourist rather than business guest.Varied choice of halva, some dates and figs bu tmore cereal/muesli type offerings rather less choice of salad leves, cucmber, tomato and olives.
Stayed as part of group tou from UK so did not personally choose, but good choice were one travelling independantly

I had an amazing experience at My Luxury Hotel in Aqaba, Jordan. I have wanted to visit for a very long time, and when the opportunity arose, I jumped at the chance.
The Hotel was clean, proper and beautifully situated near the beach, and the sights and vistas of the water and the Port of Aqaba were enjoyed from the two-level rooftop. The pool area was clean and refreshing in the January sunshine. The upper level also included a bar, not open at the time of my visit, as well as amazing views of the city, the Red Sea, and the majestic mountains which tower over the area.
My room was spacious, clean and modern. Everything was fresh and comfortable. My room, #504 looked toward the Mövenpick Aqaba and included a small view of the Red Sea near Eliat in the distance.
The staff at My Luxury Hotel should also be commended. Tasneem at the front desk went out of her way to ensure a pleasant stay, and called a taxi for me. Another delightful staff woman oversaw the security regarding the entrance, and I was always greeted with a smile, as well as a cashew!
I was extremely pleased with all aspects of my stay, and I look forward to returning soon. Well done!

Worst experience I ever had without even staying there!!! I booked a room before 1 month for the date of 19th to 21 of june they confirmed the rate and send me the confirmation number! Surprising me with a call before 2 days telling me that they want to change the rate and make it double higher or they will cancel my reservation so Unfortunately I cancelled it! Not recommended at all to reserve there as maybe they will do the same with you

We stayed in this hotel after a long day at Petra and we got upgraded to a suite and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were really friendly and the location was great, right next to the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The best part was the pool on the roof which was great for sunbathing on.

Disgusting. Hotel staff entered our room without asking and took towels out. Later we confronted staff and they said it’s because we were in the wrong room. Not correct, we informed reception. Properly in poor state. Cleaning below standard. Room in terrible state. Unfriendly and uninterested staff.

The rooms I had, (I used My Hotel for the first and last of the 7 nights of my Jordan tour), were both clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful. I felt that they were exactly what I wanted, views from the rooms were not that good, but I had not requested anything special anyway. Both had the usual safe and fridge and bottled water was provided. I couldn't get either tv to work but would only have used it for background sound and news so used my phone connected to their wifi which was excellent..
Only disappointment was on my last night the rooftop bar was closed, I had so enjoyed using it on my first night with Happy Hour from 8pm to 10pm.

What a lovely hotel! Comfy beds, strong hot shower. The location is fantastic, with many shops and restaurants in walking distance. It was a bit noisy at night, outside - bring earplugs. Be sure to check out the rooftop bar/cafe and pool. Go up at sunset to hear the call to prayer and watch the city lights come on. Oh, great breakfast too!

perfect location, the hotel is very clean and the rooms are very welcoming. friendly helpful staff and pleasant to deal with. the only negative comment i have is about my dining experience; limited menu which -at the time of my visit- was either fish or chicken.

I stayed one night here at the end of a tour of Jordan before flying back to Amman. Very friendly helpful welcome. The room was modern, a good size, clean and comfortable. Decent sixed bathroom with a shower, the only negative was that the bathroom floor mat had not been changed and was dirty. I didn't use any of the hotel's other facilities, but seemed to offer great value for the price.
