Detailed Reviews
Stayed here as part of a group tour. We had a double room on the 7th floor. Very modern clean room with a large double bed. Walk in shower cubicle in bathroom with a handy washing line in it(presumably for drying swimmers?). Very clean. The room looked out over the front of the hotel which did mean some noise at night with the window open (not a fan of aircon). Mossie netting has holes but no mossies seen or heard! The roof top pool is lovely! Comfortable sunbeds and some umbrellas - it is a suntrap! Good place to get a beer (7JOD for a bottle of Amstel). The hotel is in an excellent location for walking around the main sites of town - seafront, Castle, souk all in wasy reach. Restaurants and bars within easy walking distance too. Breakfast in hotel had a good selection on the buffet and an omlette station. Some outdoor seating at front of hotel too. A strong contender for a budget hotel.

Stayed at this hotel before and after our tour. The staff are so friendly Amani & Mohd on reception Anwar in the restaurant and Barbie on the bar. They all remembered us when we came back. Yazeed was very professional and having spent a week touring Jordan I can honestly say the best breakfast (especially the omelette) was here at My Hotel. Well done to everyone keep up the good wor.

The location of the hotel is great , surrounded by lots and lots of restaurants around and shops ate walking distance around town . The staff are super helpful and courteous. The rooms are decent size and clean . The food is tasty but they could add little more variety , it’s better to have breakfast at the hotel as there are so many restaurants around one could find loads of variety to try out . The location is great . Had a great time . Thank you !!

Lovely hotel for the price range. Clean spacious rooms with good AC and hot water. Restaurant food is also quiet nice with a rooftop pool. They have a Turkish bath as well that was very well priced with the special they were running. The owner really went out of his way to make sure our group had everything we needed.

This hotel was awful. I was told my floor was no smoking, but it reeked of smoke I went down to The front desk and asked if it was no smoking she said yes it’s no smoking, but you can go in the bathroom and smoke. I was like what that is why this hotel reeks of the smell of smoke because everybody is going into their bathroom and smoking The hotel does nothing to enforce the no smoking rule. They actually promoted it. She changed my room for me which was better but 20 minutes later the smoke seaped into the room from the ventilation system. Discontinued all night, long so I got very little sleep This is awful for people that don’t smoke

Before deciding to stay in this beautiful hotel, we already had a booking in the other hotel.
Upon arrival via Jet Bus. We decided to check the hotel because of curiosity and it was an amazing room for a budget hotel. It was a bit expensive to our original booking however as soon as they knew our rate. They were very kind to adjust it to our needs ( Note: we checked also our original hotel and 4 hotel options - This is 100 % much better )
Big shout out for Mr. Karam for being accommodating during check-in with good English communicating skills. We are impressed with the room cleanliness and well maintained furniture.
We also appreciate the attention with the morning reception Ms. Jumana. She was kind and friendly.
I will highly recommend this hotel. Rate was fare and you will received a luxury room. This place is walking distance and near to all the shops and restaurant.
Make sure to visit the rooftop for thier lovely pool and I guarantee that you will have a amazing photos / Videos. It was wow. Panoramic view of Aqaba.
Thank you for the service and definitely stays again in the future visit in Aqaba.

Well located hotel, decent rooms with efforts to be made on cleanliness, pitiful welcome.
Customer care is complicated: errors in the rooms, no consideration of customer requests. The chef is excellent.

Apart from the location the hotel does not have much going for it. The rooms are ok, run down. We experienced difficulties upon check in, not all the rooms were ready. A couple had to wait an hour for their key and upon entering the bathroom there was hair everywhere. The dinner was below average, almost everything meat based, the salads were dry and unappetising. We ended up going to "Juice world"'right around the corner and buying great fresh juice and tasty pancakes. The breakfast was not any better. Thank god we only stayed one night.

Lie #1 the name of the hotel at Booking.com says “My Luxurious Hotel”. In fact the name of the hotel just “My hotel"
Lie #2. Hotel provides free parking. Hotel provides nothing! You park yourself in front of it in public parking. If you are lucky. If not, go and find parking yourself. No parking by hotel or garage

Lie #4. Sauna. Not exist. Under construction
Lie #5. Rooftop bar serves cocktails. No bar, no cocktails.
Half-lie #6. Roof top pool. It is exist and you can immerse yourself in water. However seeing constitution debris on the side doesn’t make the it pleasant experience.

Lie# 8. Totally not 4 stars

I asked any beach arrangement. They said we can arrange you to Movenpick hotel beach for JOD 15.00

Good location close to the beach and sights within walking distance. Good size rooms and nice shower; shame they forgot to give us hand towels and a bath mat. Good breakfast. Carpets in the hallways need replacing though. Generally a bit more cleaning needed too.
