This place is so good, it makes me want to revise every other 5 star review I've given to 4 stars. It really is the nicest place I've ever stayed. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely enthusiastic about showing you a good time; from the managers to serving staff to guides, every single person I interacted with was friendly... More

The Islands of Siankaba Resort is about 38km from Livingstone on the banks of the Zambezi. There are only 7 cabins meaning that it is always tranquil - the only noises coming from the birds, insects and, of course, the mighty Zambezi. The resort is in an idyllic setting, the cabins are extremely well furnished and equipped, while the very... More

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was absolutely magical, staff were attentive and friendly, organised lots of local attractions, the location is spectacular on the river, there is nothing like waking up to the sun rise over the might Zambezi each morning and sun downers on the boat in the evening.I would highly recommend to everyone.

We had such a wonderful time at the Islands of Siankaba. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us so well. They were friendly, helpful, and flexible. Starting with the accommodations, the grounds and rooms were excellent. We watched the sunrise from our bed each morning, and they would bring us tea and coffee to start the day. Every... More

For those of us who are lucky enough to stay here, the Islands of Siankaba provides a wonderful place to get away for a brief time from all the tumult in the world. I can only confirm all the things that have been said about the quality of the accommodations and, most importantly the warmth and helpfulness of the staff.... More

I spent several wonderful days here in May. Beautiful setting on the Zambizi, lovely room, nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed (complete with bed warmer for the chilly nights while I was there) and mosquito netting. My bathroom included tub and shower and two sinks. The towels large and thirsty and the toiletries exceptional. The food was delicious (breakfast,... More

Stayed for 2 nights with my family before our Safari in Kruger. There is no place on Earth with a more accommodating staff. The grounds are unique and beautiful. The individual tent styled rooms are absolutely phenomenal. Beautifully decorated, and comfortable. Food is wonderful. Located on the river, you hear the running sounds day and night. We might be nuts... More

We are just returning from an amazing holiday in Africa. Our last stay was in Zambia at the Islands of Siankaba. What a great way to end our trip. The resort is amazing. The food is out of his world (under Eunice's direction). The rooms are unique. The service is unbelievable. Our drivers (Hilary and Simonga) were great. If there... More

We spent three wonderful days on the 'Islands' and were treating like prodigal sons! There is more to do around Livingstone than we had time to do, and we're definitely planning to come back and base ourselves at Siankaba. The food was great and the sunset cruises were unforgettable.

What impresses you first about this lodge is the quality of the people. The staff are enthusiastic, motivate and incredibly helpful. We were deliberately looking for a smaller camp with a beautiful setting. We wanted to avoid the bigger hotels, closer to the Falls, and start our safari trip with a real lodge on the river and with hippos and... More
