This is an excellent place to stay on a budget in Livingstone. It's mainly a young person's guesthouse as it's geared towards organising adrenaline sports & is very lively around the bar in the evenings with quiz & music nights. The dorm I was in was a little small, considering the luggage most backpackers seem to carry these days, but... More

This backpackers has a cool vibe, pool, wifi and great staff. The bar is well stocked and my fiancé and I had a great 3 nights here exploring the area. A shuttle to the falls is on offer every morning and the staff will help you book activities and give suggestions. Decent shower/toilet facilities and we had a decent-sized room... More

We had a great stay at both the backpackers and the volunteer house here, the amenities were very clean and the staff were very friendly and approachable. The backpackers also had a great social atmosphere and a nice bar area. The food at the backpackers was also great but the wifi could be slow and unreliable at times. Would highly... More

I stayed here for one night at the end of an organised tour before heading home. The hostel was lively and full. In the evening guests gathered underneath a canopy watching a film under a big screen many of them in sleeping bags as camping is also available. I stayed in a shared room with four beds but was the... More

The best thing about Livingstone Backpackers is the management. We had a large group and they were very accommodating to us, they also were great to book all our excursions through and when one thing went south they were more than willing to help us out. The rooms are quaint and good for the price you pay. The only thing... More

A home away from home. Having stayed at this backpackers before it is great to see familiar smiling faces (all of whom remember your name). Still as comfortable and secure as ever - this backpackers offers great rooms for couples, groups and single travellers alike. Away from the hubbub of the bar - the double rooms are clean, airy, comfortable... More

My friends and I crossed the border from Zimbabwe to see the Victoria Falls from the Zambian side. We stayed for a night at the hostel and it was very pleasant. We finally were able to take a shower with hot water! The rooms were clean and comfy. Breakfast was affordable and tea and coffee were included at cero cost.... More

I've stayed at Livingstone Backpackers twice now; once in March and once in June. The backpackers has a great set-up with a spacious pool and bar area which are always lively on Friday and Saturday evenings. I have stayed in both a dorm and an en-suite; the dorms are comfortable and are great for backpackers wanting to meet new people... More

We stayed here for a few nights, and got a double room. It was very comfortable, affordable and clean. The shared bathroom facilities are clean as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have all the information on activities nearby that you might be interested in. They have a shuttle service that goes to the Falls once a... More

We stayed here in the volunteer house with African Impact, but were free to roam around the rest of the compound. Conor and his mum have put together the BEST environment for backpackers and anyone else looking to explore the Vic Falls area. We really enjoyed our time here. The question I get asked all the time was about gyms.... More
