Olga's the Italian Corner is the final stage of an educational project for the most vulnerable youth of Livingstone. It opened in 2008 as a production unit in support of YCTC (Youth Community Training Centre), a certified school built by the Diocese of Livingstone and CELIM (an Italian NGO). All Olga's profits go to YCTC which provides training in catering, tailoring, plumbing, electrical, metal construction, computer studies and bricklaying to orphans and vulnerable youth. Most of Olga's employees come from the YCTC's catering course, which results in the project being self-sustainable. Olga's is located in the center of Livingstone and only 9 kilometres far from the famous Victoria Falls, easily reachable with minibus or cab. It is 15 minutes far from the airport and walking distance from the main attractions of Livingstone: bars, travel agencies, shops, museum, grocerystore, etc.

We visited here for supper during our stay in Livingstone. The pizza as always was Amazing. My daughter had a cheese pizza which I usually find very plain but with the addition of feta to theres it was excellent even for me. We tried a couple others kinds which were all good the crust was cooked perfectly. It was disappointing that they were not offering dessert, but with so many restaurants still trying to recover from Covid and shutdowns I do understand. Definitely make this a stop during your time here in Livingstone.

We ate at Olga's - The Italian Corner twice during our stay. It is across the street from the new ShopRite. We enjoyed the small pizzas and shares them, along with cappuccinos. I ordered the Greek pizza with feta cheese, Kalamata olives, red onion and tomatoes. It was so good I went back a second time and had it again

Really great menu, lots of variety and delicious home made pastas! Was very impressed with the authenticity and highly recommend. The crocodile spagetti was a hit too, and the ravoli was great. Thanks for having us!

We went to Olga's every evening while stayed in Livingstone. Food is excellent (pizza, lasagne, starters... everything was delicious) and prices are unbeatable. They have also a really good white wine, also cheap, and long drinka for ridiculous money. The nicest thing is that Olga's is actually a kind os NGO that teaches youngters a profession. And that makes the place even better!

We stayed one night when we were passing through and found it perfect but only for a short visit. They lack facilities (only have rooms and a restaurant). The rooms were big and spacious however you can certainly hear the road noise. We were woken up at 6AM by the church bells which are very loud there. They chime 36 time - not something you can ignore. The food is lovely, although the complimentary bread is a little stale. Food is reasonably priced and would recommend the carbonara. The staff were very friendly and quick at checking us in and out. Unless you get the full English, the breakfast options were very small and limited but are included in the price of the rooms. Overall, we would certainly eat here again, but are unlikely to stay for more than one night.

We were here for about four nights to see Victoria Falls and do some other excursions. Pros include comfortable bed, lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower, and dinner just put steps away from your room. Cons include music coming from across the street from the parking lot until all hours of the night which is fairly loud and seems to channel down the rooms. And a built-in alarm clock at 6 AM with the church tower going off gonging the bell literally 35 times. Each. And. Every. Morning. If you need to be up by 6 AM then maybe you can move this into the pro category. And, as a bonus, you won’t even need to set your alarm! The property is well-known and in a very convenient location. Restaurants across the street at the shopping center and a grocery store as well. Other eateries and shops all around the place. Would not hesitate to stay here again. One thing I wish management would do is figure out how to provide a little more lighting overall in the main room. It was very nice that there was a safe in the room to keep things that we didn’t need with us.

Awesome place, best food in Livingstone (maybe even the best food in Zambia, and we’ve been here 2 years). In fact the food was so good that we ate here 4 times in 7 days! Relaxed atmosphere but good service and you get to support a good cause!
