Lovely Experience

Have loved our stay here. The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms and gardens are beautiful and clean. Comfy beds and big rooms. Free breakfast every morning had a wonderful range, particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked pho, pancakes and omelettes. The concierge (Tang), was there to help us everyday with recommendations on what to do and where to eat. He helped us sort out our laundry and was happy to book yours for us if we wanted. Overall a lovely experience. Thank you!

Amazing resort! don't miss visiting this one! (Necole & Matt) " Australia"

What an amazing resort to stay! We miss the staff of sunny beach resort, especially Tang! staff were all very attentive and accommodating to our requests and helped us with places to go. nothing was a problem to them they went above and beyond to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in the Terrace room above the pool, room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with balcony, beautiful views over the beach and resort gardens! which were kept immaculate. Pool was kept very clean, and it was big! Food was lovely and had a good choice on the menu. Breakfast was amazing. we will visit again! miss you Tang :)

STAY AWAY DISGRACEFUL

This would have to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in . The staff were lazy and rude down to the fact that we had to argue to get ice for our water. The breakfast was dreadful after 3 days they were bringing the same pate and meats and we witnessed it sitting in the sun each day . There is no service for food and drinks anywhere around the pool area . The rooms were left with dirty cups and no changing of sheets disgusting service .

Pardon Restaurant

Wow! Amazing food every time. Delicious- the best we had in Sunny Beach. Varied menu, difficult to choose, pork melts in the mouth, sizzle platters, pizza, child friendly, desserts so delicious. Staff so friendly, lovely! We cleared our plates every time. Restaurant at Golden Dreams, across main road opposite Trakia Plaza. Highly recommend.

Perfect for both Business and Privare

From my bed I can sea the beach and the seawave. The in early morning you see the sun with all the greenery. Also, I watch the pool right in front of me too. Whether for Business and personal it both perfect. Definetly, fit for all occasions. The staff are super friendly and always ready to go extra if you ever ask. I like to extended my special thanks to Ms Jasimine Le to make our stay a memorable one. Try a morning walk by the beach to have the feel which is beyond description by words.

Great place but really came for the beach..

My room was nice, spacious and clean. Bed was really huge which is something I really appreciate. It's amazing to see the greeneries right beside the beach.. Pool was also warm during the evening which I love since I like night swimming. You have to travel for few minutes if you want to visit other spots in Mui Ne but the hotel itself is pretty nice so you can just choose to chill and relax in the resort. Sadly, I wasn't able to swim in the beach because they were in red flag becuse of the high waves. I would also suggest they update their "guide book" since some are not available. (not sure if this is because of the pandemic) I booked here because I wanted to be beside the beach and to just relax which I was able to accomplish so my stay was pretty cool at the end of the day.

Some comments.

Beach was a disappointment. The sea has taken all sand away. Also the waves were so big that we could seldom swim in the beach. This can naturally not the hotel be responsible for. Number of sun chairs around swimming pools could be bigger. The staff was helpful, and arranged flower for my wife’s birthday. We had dinner one evening at the restaurant. Food was good but the speed between dishes was high, so we had starters and main dish on the table almost at the same time.

Great relaxing stay

This is a great hotel for a relaxing stay by the beach. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the resort has two large pools. Our room had a great view of the ocean and overlooked the pool. Room was spacious. D well cleaned every day. Breakfast was a great buffet with heaps of variety. Location is great, you are able to wander the streets and find great local restaurants nearby to eat dinner. Would highly recommend Sunny Beach Resort and Spa and hope to come back one day.

Good hotel hyvä hotelli

Good and quite hotel on the beach. Deluxe room with sea view. Nice pool areas. Excellent breakfast. Location good and services nearby. Hyvä, rauhallinen hotelli merenrannalla. Mukavat allasalueet ja puutarhat. Hotellilla spa, hierontoja voi suositella. Erinomainen aamiainen. Deluxe huone merinäköalalla, siistit ja siivous toimii. Sängyt kaipaisi päivitystä.

Russian tourists do not think about others

Nice grounds, great breakfasts and nice rooms. There are some problems with the beach, but work is underway and soon they will not be. Territory for swimming on the beach there. Some tourists (I think these are my compatriots from Russia) leave their towels on sun beds in the early morning, and come to dinner. Thus, they try to book places on the beach, but do not think at all about other guests. I struggle with this, trying to explain that this is a bad practice. On the rules board there is point 2 according to which towels should be taken with you if you leave the beach. I suggest the hotel’s management supplement the rules board in Russian, as well as if there is a towel on the bed, and there is no guest and his belongings for half an hour, then the guard takes the towels.
