A little paradise

Probably the best hotel/resort we stayed at in our 4 weeks trip from Hanoi to HCMC and probably the best choice at this beach. Friendly and familiar athmosphere, personel very attentive and friendly, always helpful. The breakfast at the pool area was stunning. So much choice from the buffet and additionally nice bowls, smoothies or stuffed sandwiches and croissants for order. You dont know what to choose, everything looks and tastes great. At lunch time a waiter serves fruit skewers for free at the pool and beach. The SAPA House room we had was stylish, you will feel pretty comfortable in here. The pool is small but fancy, the beach close by, clean and tidied up every morni ng. A kite school is here as well and daily courses offered. The restaurant serves excellent food. All in all a little paradise for us. …

GREAT LITTLE BOUTIQUE HOTEL

Beautiful hotel right on the beach. Rooms are perfect. Great service, felt very looked after. Stayed here for 4 days at the end of a 2.5 week Cambodia/Vietnam tour. Food really good with a very varied menu. Lovely pool and gardens. Would recommend

Not a nice way to welcome a guest coming back

Stayed over 20 times in this resort and always enjoyed the friendly staff and the great kite surfing school. This time, I only passed by on a cycling trip to have lunch and wait for the driver to pick me up to return to saigon. After lunch, I wanted to refresh and go for a swim in the sea. Sadly the pool staff denied giving me a towel and was pretty rude, treating me as if I was an intruder. I left immediately but won’t return here next time. Sorry for the nice staff at the restaurant who welcomed me and remembered me

BEWARE of noisy location

BEWARE OF LOUD MUSIC!!! We booked the Beach Front Bungalow (most expensive room I guess) to have a relaxing, tranquil stay at the beach. However the hotel failed to warn us that there is a techno rave every afternoon, at the hotel next door. So the bungalow, as well as our minds, was shaking through out the afternoon and again at midnight, due to the pressure of the tunes. I have a dissability that can cause seizure from loud noise, but all rooms were booked and it was not possible to move to another room. So we paid 15.600.000 VND for 2 nights and had trouble staying in the bungalow we booked. A total disappointment..! Also I feel sad for the hotel since it is not their fault and they could not do anything about it.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel

We arrived and were immediately in love with the gardens and design of the hotel. The welcome drink and staff were both refreshing and welcoming after our drive from Hoi Chi Minh. The room was wonderful and set amongst magnificent gardens. The pool and proximity to the beach was a bonus as you could watch the kite surfing whilst still relaxing in the pool. The staff at breakfast or around the pool were very good and always checking to see if we needed anything. The added touch of bringing iced water and fruit kebabs whilst sunning ourselves around the pool was greatly appreciated. Congratulations to everyone at the Sailing Club, we loved our stay.

Definitely the best ever ….

Where do I start! Having travelled to Asia on many an occasion, why or why are not more people shouting about Vietnam and especially the sailing club resort . The guy who owns this happens to be an Australian with fantastic taste in cuisine, there are so many options , and all the trimmings. As other reviews have mentioned, the staff are just super, and make the holiday. Would especially like to mention Snow & the tall guy who served us for meals and the youngish pool guy. Apologies for not knowing their names , but they were outstanding . Lovely tasteful rooms , good location. Thanks so much for our blissful stay, Sarah & Steve , Uk .

Best service ever

Great english language understanding, outstanding service, and absolute sweet and kind people that made us feel welcome and comfortabele. When one of us unfortunately fell ill, they even went above and beyond, making "special tea". When planning to visit mui ne we absolutely recommend this place!

Fab Chill out!

We have just returned from 6 nights at that lovely hotel… great finish and chill out at end of holiday. We had room 21 very close to pool and restaurant. Breakfast was amazing sat by the pool, and was buffet style but you could choose one item to be prepared fresh, including steak sandwich and eggs florentine, the staff were amazing especially Lam, and Chien and the lovely smiley Loan (Meo). Lovely turn down service in evening with chocolates. We ate a couple of times in restaurant food was amazing, more expensive than outside the hotel, but cheaper than home!

Wonderful hotel

Marvellous stay, accommodation was awesome, staff were a delight and couldn't do enough to make you happy, pool and loungers along with view to the sea were tremendous. We ate in the restaurant, food was very good, although the food and drink were a bit pricey compared to other places, we expected them to be a bit over, however they were possibly a little too much over priced. The only thing that let it down was the location, stepping out of the front of the hotel was like stepping into another world, the strip of shops of and restaurants had been affected by Covid and were decaying and shoddy, clearly nothing the hotel could do about this, however it felt that at times you were trapped into either staying in the hotel of paying for trips to other places.

Little Gem

This is a little gem of a hotel. I would give it five stars! Managed very well by the very young but capable Melissa and her superb team. The staff anticipated our every need, with charm and grace. The food is delicious, very varied menu, fabulous breakfasts. The hotel has been very well laid out and planned with gorgeous gardens and very nice design touches. It has a very laid back vibe. The beach is very clean. We would definitely stay here again and applaud the hotel and all its staff.
